Apart from establishing himself as one of the top quarterbacks in the league, Patrick Mahomes has worked tirelessly to bring joy to his community as well. His organization — ’15 and the Mahomies’ — raised over a million dollars on Monday (Oct. 28).
On a momentous occasion for the Kansas City Chiefs QB, his brother Jackson Mahomes also played his role.

Patrick Mahomes and Family Bring Joy Through Their Organization
Mahomes started ‘15 and the Mahomies’ Foundation in 2019. This charitable arm of the Mahomes’ empire is dedicated to the betterment of the lives of the children. The Chiefs QB’s foundation focuses on the health and wellness of children through supporting initiatives and charitable causes in those areas.
Mahomes’ foundation raised $1,077,000 at its fifth annual ‘15 and the Mahomies’ Foundation Gala. Over 850 people attended this gala, and the money was granted to 20 Kansas City charities.
Jackson suited up for this big night in Kansas City and posed on the red carpet. He took to his Instagram to share this achievement as well as his admiration for his older brother. “Keep doing great things bro!” he captioned his post.

Apart from Jackson, Patrick’s pregnant wife Brittany Mahomes also showed up in support of the organization. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid was also present at the gala.
Patrick Mahomes Is Winning on and off the Field
Apart from raising millions of dollars over the years, the 29-year-old has been providing joy to Kansas City through his plays. The Chiefs are unbeaten this season at 7-0 and are poised to become the first-ever NFL team to achieve three-peat.

This season the QB has evolved his game and isn’t focused on his stats but the team’s victory. “There’s been a lot of turnovers, especially by me,” Mahomes said to the media. “So, I think it’s just showing the versatility of our team. It’s not just about me. It’s not just about the stats and the light show and stuff like that. It’s about playing team football.”
Despite that, the two-time NFL MVP has thrown for 1,651 yards and eight touchdowns this season. He’ll have a chance to improve on this record as the Chiefs face off against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home for their Week 9 clash.
