Olympic Gold Medalist Noah Lyles Brutally Roasts Tyreek Hill After Winning 60m Final

Tyreek Hill is one of the fastest players in the NFL, and he’s confident — even bringing himself to challenge an Olympic gold medalist to a race. He has had back-and-forth conversations with Noah Lyles various times in the past, but the two haven’t been able to reach an agreement to race each other.

Lyles recently won the 60-meter final at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix and threw shade at the Miami Dolphins’ star. He put up a white paper with “Tyreek could never” written on it to challenge Hill, and it went viral on social media.

Tyreek Hill Responded to Noah Lyles’ Call-Out

Hill saw Lyles taking a dig at him and responded to it via a post on X (formerly known as Twitter). “Get a load of this guy,” said the eight-time Pro Bowler.

“Who gave you that title? Your Wikipedia page ?” added Hill after Lyles claimed himself to be the “World’s Fastest Man.”

The star wide receiver has never shied away from competition, but Lyles will continue to take shots at him unless he actually beats him in the race. The same goes for YouTuber IShowSpeed, who has also challenged Hill to a race various times, but so far, the two haven’t competed against each other.

Lyles won the gold medal in the 100-meter race at the Olympics and has built a huge fan base by going after players in the NBA and NFL.

Fans will hope to see a race between Hill and Lyles or even IShowSpeed in the offseason. If they can organize an event to race each other, all three can raise a significant amount of money for charities.

Hill Is Committed to the Dolphins for the Foreseeable Future

Hill is coming off a poor season in which the Dolphins finished with a record of 8-9 and missed the playoffs. The Super Bowl-winning wide receiver failed to make the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career and had doubts about continuing in Miami.

Hill expressed his desire to play for a winning team, which led to speculations about him leaving the Dolphins. However, recently, he confirmed his commitment to the AFC East team and is expected to play for them next season.

He still has two years left on his deal, so the Dolphins need Hill to be at his best in order to make a run at the Super Bowl. Nonetheless, the Kansas City Chiefs will always be linked to Hill if he ever leaves the Dolphins.

The Dolphins’ playmaker finished the season with 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns in 17 games for the team.
