The Cowboys Dominated in the First Half of the Game
The Cowboys were firing in all phases of the game in the first half, setting the Cowboys up for an early lead. Going into halftime, Dallas was up 33-9.
At the break, Dallas’ offense had 225 receiving yards and three touchdowns — two of which came from Lamb, who had 100 yards in the first half alone.

The defense had one pick-six, one sack, four pass deflections, and three tackles for loss, only allowing the Rams to score a touchdown with seconds left in the half.
Special teams also contributed with a blocked punt and a field goal.
By halftime, the Cowboys have outscored opposing teams at home 101-22, showing the elite level the team plays at AT&T Stadium.
Dak Prescott Continues To Play at His Best
Prescott continues to be elite and play his best football. A large part of that success came from finding his receivers, including Lamb.
Lamb was a key factor for the offense throughout the entire game. It was only a couple of weeks ago since Lamb asked for the ball, and he has continued to be a difference-maker.
Brandin Cooks and the tight end group were also more involved in this week’s game plan, expanding the playbook for the passing game.
The offensive line was without Tyron Smith and Chuma Edoga, who didn’t return to the game with an ankle injury. But they found a way to come back from a multi-sack first drive to start the game.
Prescott had 304 yards, four touchdowns, and was 25-of-31 with an 80.6 completion percentage throughout the game.
Anything-But-Bland Backfield
Although the defensive backs have been concerning, especially after the loss of Trevon Diggs for the season, this game showed the impact they can create against play-making receivers.
Daron “Anything But” Bland remains a dominant force in the backfield. Not only did Bland have a pick-six during the game, but he leads the NFL in the amount so far this season.
Bland was flying around the field, tackling hard, and creating havoc, containing Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua well into the fourth quarter of the game.
Looks like Dan Quinn found himself a player who ensures there is no drop-off in explosive plays despite Diggs’ absence.
