Wide receivers | 14 – 6
14) Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings (Week 6 ranking: 16)
The Vikings’ rookie receiver recorded his third 100-yard game this season and his second game with over 150 receiving yards with an explosive nine catch, 166-yard day against the Falcons. Justin Jefferson also scored two touchdowns on the day, including an amazing stretch for a score against rookie cornerback A.J. Terrell.

He continues to cement himself as the top receiver from the 2020 NFL Draft class and is currently ranked second among wide receivers when it comes to OVM with a score of 37.98.
13) Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Week 6 ranking: 7)
After being ranked in the top 10 of our Week 6 NFL wide receiver rankings, Mike Evans has fallen out of the top 10 after a disappointing showing against the Packers. Evans was targeted twice in the Bucs’ win, catching one pass for 10 yards, but did not manage to score a touchdown for the first time this season. Expect Evans to get more looks against the Raiders this week, especially in the red zone.
12) Terry McLaurin, Washington Football Team (Week 6 ranking: 12)
After only getting seven targets against the Rams last week, Terry McLaurin saw 12 targets against the Giants and recorded 74 receiving yards on seven catches in their loss to New York. While he didn’t score, McLaurin remains Washington’s most reliable receiving target. He also has the league’s 17th-highest OVM score among wide receivers with a score of 35.61.
11) Will Fuller V, Houston Texans (Week 6 ranking: 13)
Even though the Texans lost in overtime to the Titans, Will Fuller has continued to be Houston’s top receiving threat. Fuller’s touchdown against Tennessee makes it his fourth score in as many games. He recorded his second 100-yard game of the season and currently has an OVM score of 34.51.
10) Amari Cooper, Dallas Cowboys (Week 6 ranking: 11)
The Cowboys struggled mightily against the Cardinals without Dak Prescott, but Amari Cooper still maintained a high level of play. His seven-catch, one-touchdown performance against the Cardinals pushed him up into the top 10 of our NFL wide receiver rankings for Week 7. Over the last three games, Cooper has averaged 11.3 yards per reception and has converted 16 of his 21 catches during that stretch for first downs.
9) CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys (Week 6 ranking: 9)
This week, we only see Cooper and CeeDee Lamb in our top 25 wide receiver rankings when it comes to the Cowboys, as Michael Gallup couldn’t maintain the same level of play as he did against the Giants last week. Lamb continued to be a reliable option for the Cowboys’ offense, seeing 10 targets from backup quarterback Andy Dalton against the Cardinals. Lamb finished with 64 yards on seven catches.
8) Allen Robinson II, Chicago Bears (Week 6 ranking: 8)
Allen Robinson continues to be the Bears’ most reliable and consistent receiving target. His game against Carolina wasn’t explosive enough to really move him up the rankings, catching five passes for 53 yards, but it wasn’t enough to warrant him moving down just yet. Robinson has a big matchup this week, as he will likely be followed by Jalen Ramsey.
7) Stefon Diggs, Buffalo Bills (Week 6 ranking: 10)
Is a six-catch, 46-yard game a warrant for a three-spot jump in the wide receiver rankings? Maybe not for most receivers, but Stefon Diggs’ performance against the Super Bowl champion Chiefs put him in the top five for receiving yards in the NFL and his amazing toe-touch touchdown marked his third on the season. He is proving every week that the Bills made the right decision to trade for him and help the growth of Josh Allen.
6) Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks (Week 6 ranking: 6)
Tyler Lockett didn’t play in Week 6, so he cannot really be moved up or down. Lockett currently still leads all receivers in OVM with a score of 40.8. Lockett is on pace to score 13 touchdowns this season, despite only having one 100-yard game under his belt in 2020. His pass-catching efficiency, combined with his elusiveness makes him one of the most dangerous wide receivers in the league.
Top five wide receivers in Week 7
5) Tyreek Hill, Kansas City Chiefs (Week 6 ranking: 4)
We won’t look too much into Tyreek Hill’s performance against Buffalo, as weather conditions really restricted his production in the passing game. Hill caught all three passes that came his way, but Hill remains in the top five of our NFL wide receiver rankings simply because of the threat he brings to the field. Hill will look to have a big game against the division-rival Broncos this week, who he has been extremely successful against in their last few meetings.
4) Adam Thielen, Minnesota Vikings (Week 6 ranking: 5)
While he didn’t have as productive of a game against the Falcons as his rookie counterpart, Adam Thielen remains in our top five as he continued to get into the end zone against Atlanta. Thielen is now on pace to score 19 receiving touchdowns this season while projected to have under 100 catches. Thielen will go up against the Packers this week, who will attempt to end his four-game touchdown streak.
3) D.K. Metcalf, Seattle Seahawks (Week 6 ranking: 2)
D.K. Metcalf didn’t play this week, but Calvin Ridley did enough to jump him in our NFL wide receiver rankings. Even after not playing this week, Metcalf is still sixth in the league in receiving yards. Expect the second-year receiver to have a big impact in their upcoming game against their division rival Cardinals.
2) Calvin Ridley, Atlanta Falcons (Week 6 ranking: 3)
For Calvin Ridley, any game with under 100 receiving yards seems like it’s a “bad game”, but even with one game with zero yards and his 61-yard performance against the Vikings, Ridley currently sits at fourth on the NFL receiving yard list for the 2020 season. He is also tied for third with five touchdown receptions. Ridley’s six catches and one touchdown helped the Falcons get their first victory of the season over Minnesota.
1) DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals (Week 6 ranking: 1)
DeAndre Hopkins had a troublesome game against the Cowboys, catching only two of the eight targets he had, but those two catches went for 73 yards. I don’t necessarily see a receiver that is more impactful than Hopkins right now, who is still averaging a league-high 100.2 receiving yards per game and leads all receivers in yards after the catch with 261 yards. Metcalf has an opportunity to possibly make a jump this week, but Seattle’s defense will have the tough task of stopping Hopkins, who remains our top receiver in our weekly NFL wide receiver rankings.
