NFL Week 18 Underdog Pickā€™ems for Titans vs. Jaguars Include Trevor Lawrence and Derrick Henry

Here are the top Underdog Pick'ems for the Week 18 Saturday Night Football showdown between the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars.

While traditional fantasy football formats have dominated the landscape, managers can find numerous ways to play the game they love. Underdog Pick’em contests allow managers to put their player-projection skills to the test by predicting player stat lines.

Here are the top Underdog Pick’em plays for the AFC South-deciding game on Saturday Night Football between the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Top Underdog Pick’ems for Sunday Night Football

Underdog Pick’ems allow fantasy managers to predict stat lines and fantasy-point totals for almost all fantasy-relevant players. Here, the more selections you add to your entry, the higher the payout.

The levels are two players for 3x, three for 6x, four for 10x, and finally, five for 20x, progressing with each additional pick’em you add to your entry.

With Underdog Fantasy, it’s a brand new season every week, no matter how your other leagues went this year. Sign up today and get a 100% deposit bonus of up to $100. As for my recommendations, below are my top Underdog Pick’ems for the Titans-Jaguars matchup in Week 18.

Trevor Lawrence Higher Than 277.5 Total Yards

Somewhere around the midway point of the year, I was saying pretty soon we would be viewing Trevor Lawrence in the same light as Justin Herbert. We’re not far away, folks. I’ll spoil the ending and tell you already Lawrence will be no lower than QB8 next year.

Lawrence has been sensational, and that includes the last time these teams met. He was hyper-efficient against the Titans in Week 14, completing 17 of 21 attempts for a career-high 368 yards with three touchdowns. I expect a pass-heavy game script against a Titans defense that is 32nd in success rate and EPA since Week 12.

Derrick Henry Higher Than 113.5 Rushing and Receiving Yards

Is this bait? Yeah, probably. But this is Derrick Henry, and he is the offense. Over the last three weeks, Henry has averaged 23.3 touches and 148 yards per game while playing on over 70% of the snaps. He’s fifth in weighted opportunities, seventh in breakaway runs, and first in YPRR, something I never thought I would attach to Henry’s name.

Henry also has a penchant for going off against the Jaguars. He had 155 scrimmage yards and a touchdown against them and is looking to make it four games in a row against the Jags with 120+ rushing yards and a touchdown. Henry is the only Titans player I feel comfortable touching for Underdog Pick’ems, and I will be taking the higher on his combined yardage projection.

Zay Jones Higher Than 58.5 Receiving Yards

We talk a lot about what motivates teams, but what gets overlooked is what’s motivating players. By the time you reach Week 18, there’s usually someone in the coach’s ear telling them which players are close to contract incentives. I can guarantee you someone has been in Doug Peterson’s ear to talk to him about Zay Jones.

Jones has 78 receptions and 802 receiving yards this season and needs just two catches and 98 yards on Saturday for a $750,000 bonus. He has a good chance of hitting both. Jones has a 22.0% target share, and the last time these teams met, he caught eight of his 12 targets for 77 receiving yards and a score. It would not shock me if Jones is the top receiver for the Jaguars this week, and he should quickly clear his Underdog receiving yard projection.

Evan Engram Higher Than 48.5 Receiving Yards

I’m throwing out last week’s result for Evan Engram. Houston basically said, we’re not going to let you beat us and directed a ton of their attention to stopping Engram, who entered the game with three straight weeks of at least eight targets.

Tennessee could triple-cover Engram, and it’s not going to matter this week. He destroyed this defense with 11 receptions, 162 yards, and two touchdowns on 15 targets. If not Travis Kelce, Engram is my pick to finish as the top tight end of this week for fantasy against a Titans defense that is 29th in receptions, last in yards, and 28th in yards per reception.
