When Is the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl?
With over 10 events ready for the players to compete in, when can you watch all the action?
The 2024 NFL Pro Bowl games occur over two days — Thursday and Sunday. Thursday’s action focuses more on the skills side, culminating in a dodgeball game, while Sunday finishes off the skills challenges before the flag football game. Here’s how to watch both days.
Thursday Skills Showdown

The players get things started for their conferences in Orlando, Florida, Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. While the night culminates in the Dodgeball tournament presented by Bud Light, there are plenty of other challenges airing on Thursday.
This year’s new event, Snap Shots, allows centers and long snappers to snap the ball at various targets; most points win.
Other challenges include Closest to the Pin, where six players from each conference attempt to drive a golf ball as close to the hole as possible. Another exciting event is Best Catch, where one player from each conference will attempt to think of the most exciting catch at landmarks around Orlando. Both of these events will be pre-taped.
Sunday Pro Bowl Games Championship

The fun continues on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. The day begins with the fourth-annual EA Sports Madden NFL head-to-head Pro Bowl event. The NFC hopes to defend their title as both conferences use the official 2024 Pro Bowl Games roster. For the first time, the winner will earn points for their conferences. Kickers will also be in the spotlight with Kick Tac Toe.

While those two events will be pre-taped, the rest of the competitions will be live at Camping World Stadium. Move the Chains sees a five-man team of offensive and defensive linemen move 3,000 pounds of weights off a wall, then move that 2,000-pound wall over the finish line.
The day ends with a flag football game and crowning the victor of the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl Games.
