    17. Dallas Cowboys (3-3)

    Week 5 Rank: 12th

Week 6 Result: Cowboys get shocked by the New York Jets, 24-22.

Next four opponents: Eagles, BYE, @Giants, Vikings

The Cowboys trailed throughout, including down 21-9 in the fourth quarter. Dak Prescott and the offense made a valiant comeback but couldn’t convert on a two-point conversion with less than a minute left to tie the game. Dallas was down both starting tackles and lost wide receiver Amari Cooper for the majority of the game due to a quadriceps injury. Cowboys kicker Brent Maher kicked three field goals, including a 62-yarder. The Cowboys will be hoping to be fully healthy when they play the Philadelphia Eagles in a crucial NFC East battle in Week 7.

    18. Oakland Raiders (3-2)

    Week 5 Rank: 19th

    Week Result: BYE

Next four opponents: @Packers, @Texans, Lions, Chargers

The Raiders will try to keep up with Chiefs when they travel to Green Bay and take on Aaron Rodgers and the Packers in Week 7.

    19. Denver Broncos (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 25th

Week 6 Result: Broncos shut out the Tennessee Titans, 16-0.

Next four opponents: Chiefs, @Colts, Browns, BYE

The Broncos defense dominated this matchup, limiting the Titans to 39 yards rushing and sending Titans starting quarterback Marcus Mariota to the bench in favor of Ryan Tannehill. Joe Flacco didn’t do much with 177 passing yards, and luckily he didn’t have to, as running back, Philip Lindsay rushed for 70 yards and a score as the Broncos earned their second win of the season. Next, the Broncos welcome Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs to Denver in an AFC West battle in Week 7.

    20. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 27th

Week 6 Result: Hodges and the Steelers defeat the Los Angeles Chargers 24-17 on Sunday Night Football.

Next four opponents: BYE, Dolphins, Colts, Rams

Third-string rookie Devlin Hodges managed the game in his first NFL start and led the Steelers to their second victory this season in a total team effort. James Conner scored two touchdowns while rookie linebacker Devin Bush recovered a fumble for a touchdown. This effort kept the noise down in Pittsburgh about firing Mike Tomlin, for now. The Steelers will look to get healthy during their bye this week before taking on the winless Miami Dolphins in Week 8.

    21. Cleveland Browns (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 18th

Week 6 Result: Browns fall to the Seattle Seahawks, 32-28.

Next four opponents: BYE, @Patriots, @Broncos, Bills

Some terrible officiating, Baker Mayfield’s three interceptions and a blocked punt doomed the Browns this week. Mayfield got hurt, went to the locker room but did return, although he failed to lead the team to a victory. The Browns fell to 0-3 at First Energy Stadium, but the home crowd did see Nick Chubb rush for 122 yards and two scores. They also witnessed Odell Beckham, Jr. catch six balls for 101 yards in a losing effort. The offense still looks out of sync, and that is something the team can work on during their bye in Week 7 before taking on the New England Patriots in Week 8.

    22. Los Angeles Chargers (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 20th

Week 6 Result: Chargers lose to the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-17 on Sunday Night Football.

    Next four opponents: @Titans, @Bears, Packers, @Raiders

The Steelers third-string rookie quarterback Devlin Hodges gets the W against a Chargers squad that gave up 118 scrimmage yards to James Conner before he left in the third quarter. The Chargers saw the return of tight end Hunter Henry, who caught eight passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns. Philip Rivers did most of his damage late, throwing for 320 yards and two touchdowns as the Chargers tried to rally by scoring 17 unanswered points. The Chargers visit the Titans in Week 7 as they try to salvage a disappointing start to the 2019 season.

    23. Tennessee Titans (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 21st

Week 6 Result: Titans get shut out by the Denver Broncos, 16-0.

Next four opponents: Chargers, Buccaneers, @Panthers, Chiefs

The Broncos defense dominated the Titans in this Week 6 matchup. The Titans absorbed seven sacks and three interceptions. Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota was sent to the bench in favor of former Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill. Is there a quarterback controversy in Tennessee? Neither quarterback played well against a Denver defense who hasn’t allowed a touchdown in nine quarters now. The big question now: Who starts at quarterback next week against the Chargers?

    24. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-4)

    Week 5 Rank: 22nd

Week 6 Result: Jaguars get stifled by the New Orleans Saints, 13-6.

Next four opponents: @Bengals, Jets, Texans, BYE

Minshew mania couldn’t help the Jaguars against a Saints defense that sacked Minshew twice and held the rookie quarterback without a touchdown pass for the first time in six games. This was a defensive battle won by the Saints, who just had more talent across the board.
