NFL Conference Championship Injury Tracker
Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens
- Chiefs: RB Isiah Pacheco, QUESTIONABLE (toe); WR Kadarius Toney, QUESTIONABLE (hip); WR Skyy Moore, OUT (knee); OT Prince Tega Wanogho, OUT (quad); G Joe Thuney, OUT (pectoral); DT Derrick Nnadi, OUT (tricep); LB Willie Gay Jr., QUESTIONABLE (neck); S Mike Edwards, QUESTIONABLE (concussion)
- Ravens: WR Tylan Wallace, QUESTIONABLE (knee); LB Del’Shawn Phillips, DOUBTFUL (shoulder); CB Marlon Humphrey, QUESTIONABLE (calf); CB Rock Ya-Sin, QUESTIONABLE (knee)
Chiefs: Pacheco did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, was limited on Friday, and is listed as questionable. Still, he doesn’t seem to be in any danger of missing Sunday’s game. He told reporters today that he will “absolutely” be ready to face the Ravens with another Chiefs Super Bowl trip on the line.
Thuney suffered a pectoral injury in the Divisional Round and will not suit up against the Ravens. One source told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the All-Pro guard would “work like crazy to play,” but Thuney couldn’t get ready. Backup Nick Allegretti will replace Thuney at LG.
Moore will remain on injured reserve (IR) after failing to practice all week, but Toney might be able to play after managing a full practice on Wednesday before being downgraded to end the week.
Ravens: TE Mark Andrews fully participated in every practice this week and will not carry an injury designation into Sunday’s game. He’s been sidelined by ligament damage and a cracked fibula since Week 11. Andrews has been activated from IR but could have his snaps limited against the Chiefs.
Although Andrews put in full practices last Thursday and Friday, he didn’t want to return to the field until he was 100% ready.
Humphrey, Baltimore’s top cornerback, has missed the club’s last two games. Head coach John Harbaugh said Monday that he was “very hopeful” Humphrey can play in the AFC title game. The three-time Pro Bowler was a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday before going full on Friday.
Detroit Lions at San Francisco 49ers
- Lions: QB Hendon Hooker, QUESTIONABLE (tooth); WR Kalif Raymond, OUT (knee); G Jonah Jackson, OUT (knee); CB Chase Lucas, QUESTIONABLE (illness)
- 49ers: LB Oren Burks, QUESTIONABLE (shoulder)
Lions: Raymond has missed both of Detroit’s playoff games and did not participate in practice all week.

Jackson departed the Lions’ Divisional Round win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, never returned, and didn’t practice this week. Kayode Awosika will start at left guard.
Fortunately, other injured Lions like WR Josh Reynolds, TE Sam LaPorta, and C Frank Ragnow have all been removed from Detroit’s injury report and will be available for Sunday’s matchup.
49ers: While Deebo Samuel (shoulder) wasn’t able to play in San Francisco’s Divisional Round win over the Green Bay Packers and was viewed as having a 50/50 shot to suit up in the NFC title game, he fully practiced on Friday and will not carry an injury designation into Sunday’s game.
Samuel has gradually ceded San Francisco’s WR1 role to Brandon Aiyuk, but the former second-round pick was still incredibly productive in 2023. He posted a 60-892-7 line as a receiver and added his usual contributions on the ground, taking 37 carries for 225 yards and five more scores.
Jauan Jennings replaced Samuel in San Francisco’s starting lineup last week and will do so again in the Championship Round if Samuel suffers a setback. While Jennings posted just 265 receiving yards during the regular season, he hauled in five catches for 61 yards in the Divisional Round and is one of the NFL‘s best run-blocking wide receivers.
