Atlanta Falcons (3-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-3)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
The first game on Sunday’s Week 7 NFL games today schedule sees the Atlanta Falcons taking on the Cincinnati Bengals. Atlanta dominated San Francisco a week ago, thanks to the plethora of injuries along the 49ers’ defense.
Week 7 poses a more significant threat as the Bengals see their trio of dangerous wide receivers all healthy for the first time in a few weeks. The Bengals are starting to come to life this season, and the Falcons’ lackluster secondary, outside of CB A.J. Terrell, could be just what Joe Burrow needs to get this offense humming.
The Falcons have gone 6-0 against the spread in 2022. Don’t expect that to change, as Atlanta plays every opponent to the wire. This should be a thrilling start to the week as the Bengals win a close one at home.
Detroit Lions (1-4) at Dallas Cowboys (4-2)
- Channel: CBS
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: CBS All-Access, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV
The Lions got a win early, but the road has still been rocky through Dan Campbell’s first 22 regular season games as head coach in Detroit. Outside of Week 5’s thrashing from the Patriots, the one-score losses continue as the Lions fail to close out on wins.
Detroit better have whipped up an excellent defensive gameplan on their Week 6 bye as QB Dak Prescott returns to the Dallas Cowboys following his five-week absence. The Cowboys survived with Cooper Rush under center.

The defense led the way, and, for the most part, Rush protected the ball and kept the offense copacetic. No mistakes or risks. Play fundamental football and let one of the best defenses in the league go to work. The Cowboys get a win in Dak’s return.
Indianapolis Colts (3-2-1) at Tennessee Titans (3-2)
- Channel: CBS
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: CBS All-Access, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV
The first divisional game of the day features an AFC South showdown between Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans in Nashville. Not only were the Colts one of the first teams to play a divisional rematch this season, but they will also play two in back-to-back weeks.
The good news in Indianapolis is that Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines return to the backfield after the Colts RB fiasco in Week 6. Meanwhile, Tennessee hopes to complete consecutive season sweeps after a 24-17 win in Week 4. Unfortunately, the Titans will come up short as Jonathan Taylor puts the Colts on his back to will Indianapolis to a win.
Green Bay Packers (3-3) at Washington Commanders (2-4)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
Green Bay is in a state of disarray right now. After losses to both New York City franchises in consecutive weeks, Aaron Rodgers and company desperately need a win. Luckily for the Packers, the NFL scheduling gods queued up a date with the Washington Commanders in Week 7.
The Carson Wentz venture has not produced any positive results. The quarterback position continues to plague the Washington franchise as Taylor Heinicke makes his first start of the season. While a surprise upset this week would make my jaw drop, don’t count out another no-show from the Packers. Expect Rodgers to get back on track against a subpar secondary at FedEx Field.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-3) at Carolina Panthers (1-5)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
Look, the Week 6 loss the Buccaneers suffered to the Pittsburgh Steelers was eye-opening. However, don’t expect back-to-back monumental upsets. Tom Brady and the Buccaneers’ offense should have no problems bouncing back against a Panthers defense that allowed the Rams to score 24 points.
Even further, Carolina traded RB Christian McCaffery to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a few picks. The Panthers have punted on this season, and while Steve Wilks will do his best to salvage any chance of keeping this job, Carolina is easily in the 2023 first-overall pick race.
New York Giants (5-1) at Jacksonville Jaguars (2-4)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
One of the season’s surprises, the 5-1 New York Giants head to Florida to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. These two teams show the difference between a good team struggling to play to its potential and an okay team playing beyond its potential.

The Giants have won five games this season but have a point differential of +14. Every game so far has been decided by one score or less. On the flip side, the Jaguars have won just two games but have a point differential of +24. In the games Jacksonville has won, they’ve dominated, winning both games by 20 points. However, Jacksonville’s losses have all been by just one possession.
Expect the Jaguars to hand the Giants a gut check as New York runs into one of the better teams they’ve played this season.
Cleveland Browns (2-4) at Baltimore Ravens (3-3)
- Channel: CBS
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
- Live stream: CBS All-Access, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV
The final divisional matchup and early afternoon game of the day features an AFC North tilt between the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens. Both AFC North squads have struggled this season. The Ravens can’t finish games, with all three losses coming in crushing fashion.
The good news for Baltimore is that Cleveland’s issues have come through inconsistent offensive play. RBs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt provide an excellent base as the rushing attack, but Jacoby Brissett is not enough to keep this roster afloat until Deshaun Watson’s return. The Ravens get back on track at home and hope a Falcons upset can give them sole possession of first place in the AFC North.
New York Jets (4-2) at Denver Broncos (2-4)
- Channel: CBS
- Start time: 4:05 p.m. ET
- Live stream: CBS All-Access, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV
After all of the offseason hype, it has been disappointing to see what the Broncos have offered this season. Outside of Denver’s Week 4 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, the Broncos have not scored more than 16 points. They have the lowest-scoring offense in the NFL.
Meanwhile, the Jets have joined the Giants as pleasant surprises this season. The 4-2 start has the AFC buzzing, but how long will it last? They have a chance to keep the magic going against an anemic Broncos offense.
Unless Russell Wilson and Nathaniel Hackett have some sort of breakthrough this week, the chance of the Jets moving to 5-2 in the Mile High City seems favorable.
Houston Texans (1-3-1) at Las Vegas Raiders (1-4)
- Channel: CBS
- Start time: 4:05 p.m. ET
- Live stream: CBS All-Access, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV
A matchup of two struggling squads goes down in the desert as the Houston Texans head to Sin City to take on the Las Vegas Raiders. Las Vegas has had quite the season, despite their best efforts. Another season haunted by one-possession losses and late-game collapses, the Josh McDaniels era hasn’t changed much.
Both the Texans and Raiders come into this Week 7 matchup fresh off their bye week. Who will benefit more? Expect the Raiders to take advantage of the talent gap between the rosters and get the second win of the season. The spread is a bit large to assume the Raiders win by more than a touchdown, but a win, regardless, should be in play.
Seattle Seahawks (3-3) at Los Angeles Chargers (4-2)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 4:25 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
Who would’ve thought that in Week 7, the Seattle Seahawks would be sitting at 3-3 in the NFC playoff discussion? Geno Smith has excelled in his opportunity to start for Seattle, showing what has been incubating on the bench for quite some time.

Seattle rookie RB Kenneth Walker III also easily slipped into the void left by Rashad Penny’s injury. This could be bad news for the Chargers, who have struggled to defend the run during HC Brandon Staley’s tenure.
QB Justin Herbert will hopefully see Keenan Allen on the field for the first time since Week 1, which could help put Los Angeles over the top. This should be a fun game between two teams with clashing football philosophies.
Kansas City Chiefs (4-2) at San Francisco 49ers (3-3)
- Channel: FOX
- Start time: 4:25 p.m. ET
- Live stream: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now
Thursday night, San Francisco rocked the football world after they completed a trade with the Carolina Panthers for All-Pro RB Christian McCaffery. While the top-tier back is unlikely to play in Week 7, the move shows the 49ers are clearly in win-now mode. A bit easier to pull off in the NFC right now, as only the Eagles stand in their way.

However, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs don’t lose consecutive games easily, and after their last-minute loss to the Bills in Week 6, the Chiefs will be hungry for a win. The 49ers are missing so much on defense and even though the offense has produced some this season, keeping up with Kansas City’s offense is a different task.
The Chiefs return to their winning ways as the 49ers turn to focus on their new game plan with the arrival of McCaffery.
Pittsburgh Steelers (2-4) at Miami Dolphins (3-3)
- Channel: NBC
- Start time: 8:20 p.m. ET
- Live stream: NBC Sports, Peacock TV
The final game Sunday night on Week 7’s NFL games today schedule sees the Pittsburgh Steelers headed down south to take on the Miami Dolphins in Hard Rock Stadium. QB Tua Tagovailoa returns to the Dolphins’ offense after exiting Miami’s Week 4 loss against the Bengals with a concussion. After a hot 3-0 start, the Dolphins lost all three games in Tua’s absence.
Meanwhile, Pittsburgh enters Week 7 elated after upsetting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Rookie QB Kenny Pickett is expected to start after exiting the Steelers game early to be evaluated for a concussion.

The Dolphins’ offense has hummed when Tua is under center. Tyreek Hill has continued to produce, while Jaylen Waddle has struggled slightly in Tua’s absence. Expect Miami to put the pedal to the medal in hopes of reviving their early season moxie.
