NFL Games Today: Is There Thursday Night Football Tonight on February 15, 2024?

Are there any NFL games today? The Kansas City Chiefs completed their improbable run to the big game this season and decided it was time to take home another Lombardi Trophy home. With the Super Bowl finishing off the 2023 season last weekend, the action is over for now, but when will there be NFL games again?

Let’s look at what we know about the upcoming NFL schedule.

NFL Games Today: Is There Thursday Night Football Tonight?

There will be no NFL games today, with the Chiefs winning Super Bowl 58 over the San Francisco 49ers this past weekend.

In a matchup highlighted by two stingy defenses, there were four turnovers between both squads as they — tied at 19 — played in the second Super Bowl to go to overtime.

San Francisco scored a field goal, but in the end, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes marched Kansas City down the field to score a touchdown and win the game.

A three-yard touchdown pass to WR Mecole Hardman clinched back-to-back titles and officially started Kansas City’s reign as an NFL dynasty.

When Can You Watch NFL Games in 2024?

While the 2023 season has ended, the 2024 season is approaching. Exact dates and schedules have yet to be announced for next season, but there’s a general idea of when NFL activities will resume.

The start of the new league year has been identified as Wednesday, March 13. Yet, the only other dates set in stone are the NFL kickoff game (Sept. 5) and Super Bowl 59 (Feb. 9). Training camps are expected to start in late July, while the preseason will take up three weeks in August.
