The Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers are on the cusp of proving they’ve been the best in their respective conferences all season. One more challenge stands in the way of a coast-to-coast Super Bowl matchup, and it won’t be easy.

The Ravens must dispatch the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs, while San Francisco has to take down a Detroit Lions team in their second-ever Conference Championship. Which teams will make the final push for a Super Bowl appearance? Here’s how to watch the Conference Championships.

Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens

    • Start time: 3 p.m. ET
    • Channel: CBS
    • Live stream options: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, Paramount+

The Chiefs head to M&T Bank Stadium to face off against the Ravens. In 2023, the Ravens have looked like the team to beat. After re-signing QB Lamar Jackson and replacing former offensive coordinator Greg Roman with Todd Monken, Baltimore has the best chance at a Super Bowl appearance since Jackson took over in 2018. Despite being at home, taking down the Chiefs is no easy task.

Kansas City QB Patrick Mahomes will always give the Chiefs’ offense the ability to turn the game around immediately. However, the defense has led the 2022 Super Bowl champs this year. One of the top 10 units in the league, defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo has his unit firing on all cylinders. Can they slow down the Ravens’ dynamic offense?

Detroit Lions at San Francisco 49ers

    • Start time: 6:30 p.m. ET
    • Channel: FOX
    • Live stream options: Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, FOX Now

The Detroit Lions can say something they haven’t been able to say since the 1991 playoffs: they are in the NFC Championship Game, but can they get their first win? They face their toughest test of the season, taking on the 49ers in Levi’s Stadium.

The growth under HC Dan Campbell has been tremendous, and no matter the result of this game, Detroit’s season is a success; a Super Bowl appearance would make it even sweeter.

Meanwhile, the 49ers make their third NFC Championship Game in five years and hope to make a Super Bowl appearance for the second time in five years. Outside of injured reserve players, the return of WR Deebo Samuel means the 49ers are the healthiest they’ve been all postseason. Can they halt Detroit’s goof postseason vibes en route to another Lombardi?
