Las Vegas Raiders fans are serious about landing former NFL superstar Deion Sanders' son, Shedeur Sanders, in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Shedeur Sanders has declared for the 2025 NFL Draft, and the Las Vegas Raiders need a quarterback. If it’s realized in April, it looks like a match made in heaven.

NFL fans are calling on the Raiders’ front office to make a move they can’t afford to mess up — drafting the son of former NFL superstar Deion Sanders.

Las Vegas’ quarterback dilemma has fans frustrated, leading them to believe that the Colorado Buffaloes QB could be their savior ahead of the 2025 NFL season.

Raiders Fans Don’t Want To Settle Below Shedeur Sanders

On Monday, Shedeur Sanders, posted a reel on Instagram flaunting his Nike cleats. NFL fans flooded the post’s comment section, demanding their team secure his talents.

One fan wrote: “@raiders please…. Pleaseeeeee!! Do not mess this one up, and please bring the OC.”

“Bro gon be wearing those cleats on the raiders 😭🙏🏾”

“Get ready to wear silver and black,” said another, indicating the Raiders color jersey.

Another wrote: “Black and white looked good on you can’t wait for black and silver 😈🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️”

“Raiders select…….,” pleaded one fan to the franchise.

“I really wanna see if he really forces a team to let him go if the raiders don’t get him 😂,” one NFL fan joked.

Currently lighting up the field for the Buffs in the 2024 college football season, the 22-year-old has posted some impressive stats: 2,882 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, and only six interceptions in nine games.

Sanders’ strong arm, pinpoint accuracy, and cool presence in the pocket have led Colorado to a 7-2 record, putting the team within reach of a Big 12 conference title and possibly a playoff berth.

Nevertheless, Sanders has faced his fair share of criticism for holding onto the ball too long. Questions about the Buffaloes’ QB’s work ethic and off-field demeanor are also common. But on the field, he’s been pure fire this year.

One thing that has added more intrigue to Sanders’ connection with the Raiders is his conversation with owner Mark Davis in Las Vegas.

“Who knows? You might be home right now,” Davis said to him.

The young quarterback’s father and Colorado head coach, Deion, also supported a Raiders landing spot for his son at Big 12 Media Days in Allegiant Stadium, calling the idea “nice.”

The Raiders have a 2-7 record this year and a tough schedule ahead. They could possibly end up with a high pick in the 2025 draft, one that could land them a top quarterback.

Las Vegas has already traded wide receiver Davante Adams to the New York Jets, clearly entering a rebuild mode and giving the front office every reason to pursue a long-term solution in the QB department.
