    Published on

With the Texans set to take on the Packers, Stefon Diggs took on the team himself before the game. NFL fans, however, were not impressed.

Houston Texans WR Stefon Diggs made himself enemy No. 1 for the Green Bay Packers athletes and fans before the game even started. The wide receiver’s fight with the Packers threw NFL fans into a frenzy and worried for Diggs.

For their Week 7 clash, the Texans are on the road and ready to face off against the Packers at Lambeau Field. However, before the first snap of the game, Diggs let out his anger on the field.

Stefon Diggs Stands His Ground Alone Against the Packers

Moments before the Week 7 matchup was about to start, Diggs started beefing with somebody on Green Bay’s roster. In a short amount of time, the entire Packers team stood against the former Buffalo Bills player.

Diggs was being escorted away from the commotion by the refs, but he continued shouting things at Packers players. Fans at Lambeau Field made themselves heard as well, as they continued to boo during the entire interaction.

As soon as fans saw the viral video, they couldn’t help but think about Diggs since the 30-year-old was all alone against the Packers without any backup from his teammates.

“He’s about to get clamped,” replied one fan.

“It’s not gonna go well for Diggs,” tweeted another fan.

“I’m sorry did bro really just pull up to the whole Packers roster talking s*** by himself,” added another fan on X (previously Twitter).

“This brother is not ok,” replied someone else.

Some fans wondered whether it was Diggs’ connection with the Minnesota Vikings that made him behave in such a manner. Diggs was drafted by the Vikings in 2015 and played five seasons with them. The Vikings and the Packers have a long and storied rivalry.

“The man may want to leave Minnesota but the Minnesota will never want to leave the man,” tweeted one fan.

“Guess he still a Viking at heart,” tweeted another.

What Is Diggs’ Record Against the Packers?

Diggs has suited up against Green Bay 10 times in his career, nine of which came with the Vikings and once with the Bills. He has a record of 5-4-1 against the Packers.

The four-time Pro Bowler has turned up the heat against his former division rival on several occasions.
