‘Biggest Frauds in the NFL’ – Fans Troll Patrick Mahomes and Chiefs As Bills Snap 15-Game Win Streak

    Published on

NFL fans flamed Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs after they suffered their first loss of the season in Week 11 vs. Buffalo Bills.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs entered Week 11 on a 15-game winning streak, with their last loss coming against the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas last year.

They started the season 9-0 but have finally suffered their first loss. The Buffalo Bills defeated Kansas City 30-21, as Josh Allen put up an MVP-esque performance to take down the defending Super Bowl champions.

Fans celebrated the Chiefs finally losing their first game of the season. Many labeled them as “frauds,” as Kansas City didn’t dominate their opponents during their long winning stretch.

Fans React to Patrick Mahomes and Chiefs Losing to Bills

Here’s how fans on social media reacted to it:

Should’ve lost a long time ago #Frauds,” said one fan.

“They will lose on Christmas again this year,” said another fan in reference to the Chiefs matchup against Steelers in Week 17.

“The Chiefs finally got exposed, and their fraudulent win streak has ended,” wrote a fan.

Another fan added, “The refs couldn’t save them in this game.”

Mahomes has not played well this season and also threw two interceptions against the Bills, including one that sealed the win for Buffalo. However, he isn’t the reason why the Chiefs lost to the Bills.

Kansas City’s defense had their worst game in a while. This was the first game in which they allowed more than 28 points since their Super Bowl win against the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023.

However, many would agree that the Chiefs needed this loss. Their goal is to win the Super Bowl, and it wouldn’t have been ideal for them to play in the postseason without facing some adversity in the regular season.

Chiefs fans hope that the team will learn from it and that their defense will not make mistakes similar to those they made against the Bills. Next week, Mahomes and Co. will face the Carolina Panthers, a game they should easily win.

Isiah Pacheco is set to return against the Panthers, and his presence will be a huge boost for the offense. Moreover, Charles Omenihu could also make his season debut against the Panthers, and the defending champions are getting healthier at the right time.

Josh Allen Should Be the MVP Favorite

With the Bills’ win over the Chiefs and the Ravens’ loss to the Steelers, Allen should be the favorite to win the MVP award. Lamar Jackson has already lost four games this year, including a Week 1 loss to Mahomes, whereas the Bills quarterback has a better record despite having an inferior roster.

In the win against the Chiefs, Allen threw for 262 yards, one touchdown, and an interception. He also made the game-deciding play when he rushed in for a 26-yard touchdown, and that should be enough to put him over Jackson in the MVP ladder.

Many thought that Allen would regress after the Bills lost Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis, but the 28-year-old quarterback is playing even better than he did with those two. He has limited his turnovers and has given his team a decent chance of ending up as the first seed in the AFC.

In 11 games this year, Allen has thrown for 2,543 yards, 18 touchdowns, and five interceptions, completing 64% of his throws with a passer rating of 98.2. He has also rushed for 316 yards and five touchdowns, averaging 4.7 yards per carry.

The MVP award is not won by the quarterback with the best statistics, as evidenced by Jackson’s win over Dak Prescott last season. Allen’s team has the third-best record in the NFL, and he is also playing at an elite level. There is still a lot of time left in the season, but as of now, the Bills’ star QB deserves serious MVP consideration.
