‘That’s Just Embarrassing!’ – NFL Fans Stunned Over Wild Tim Tebow-Broncos Playoff Stat After Bo Nix’s Loss to Bills

NFL fans are still picking their jaws up off the floor after catching a wild stat from the Tim Tebow-Broncos playoff era.

It’s not every day you see a comparison like this, but after Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos took a brutal L to the Buffalo Bills, the Twitterverse couldn’t help but point out how history might be repeating itself in the worst way possible.

Fans React to Tim Tebow’s Lone Playoff Victory Stat After Bo Nix’s Loss to Bills

After Nix and the Broncos took another hit from the Bills, a crazy stat had fans in splits. Turns out, Tebow remains the only QB drafted by the Broncos to win a playoff game. Tebow led the team to a shocking playoff victory back in 2011.

    The fan reactions were mixed.

One fan summed it up: “That’s just embarrassing!” As Broncos fans reflect on years of QB struggles, the stat hit hard.

Another pointed out, “To clarify, the only QB drafted by the Broncos to win a playoff game for the Broncos.” Ouch. The frustration was palpable.

Yet, the commentary wasn’t all doom and gloom. “Tebow is the man. Great player, better human,” one fan declared, praising the former QB’s character. For some, Tebow’s legacy still shines through, despite the Broncos’ ongoing struggles.

Others took a more long-term view, acknowledging the painful truth. “Going to hurt them for a long time,” one fan said.

That sentiment was echoed by another fan, who reminisced fondly about Tebow and other infamous draft picks like JaMarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf.

As if this wasn’t enough, Johnny Manziel weighed in on his own journey, reflecting on how he broke records previously held by Cam Newton and Tebow in 2012.

Johnny Manziel’s 2012 Journey That Outshone Tebow’s Records

If you’ve ever talked about college football, you’ve got to mention Manziel. In 2012, he went from battling for a job to completely wrecking the game. After a slow start, losing to Florida and struggling against SMU, Manziel flipped the switch in the second half of that SMU game, and the rest was history.

He ended that season as the first-ever freshman to throw for 3,000 yards and rush for 1,000. He crushed 5,116 total yards, breaking records set by legends like Cam Newton and Tebow.

“Came out in the 2nd half of the game versus SMU and that’s where the run kind of started for me that season. To go from August of that year battling for the starting QB job to being able to end in December in New York with the Heisman and these records, it was just like a dream,” Manziel said on the latest episode of the 25/10 Show.

That “dream” turned into a full-blown Hollywood moment. From struggling in August to owning college football by December, Manziel’s 2012 season is still one of the most epic stories in the sport.
