“Did I Just Sign a Packers Hat? What the F—” – NFL Fans Roast Cowboys QB Dak Prescott After Hilarious Mistake

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott made a hilarious blunder while signing autographs for fans. What did he do?

When you’re an NFL quarterback, it’s very easy to get in the zone and lock in on whatever you’re doing. Whether that’s on the field or simply signing autographs, like in this case with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

Prescott, a noted man of the people, was around a bunch of fans signing hats and other memorabilia for the crowd around him when suddenly he noticed that he may have made a mistake and signed a team hat that wasn’t the Cowboys.

In a split second, it looked like the Cowboys’ quarterback made two crucial mistakes. The first being that he signed a Green Bay Packers hat, followed by spontaneously swearing in front of a group of kids.

“Did I just sign a Packers hat? What the f*ck.”

Prescott blurted the quick quirp out, garnering a funny reaction from the fans in attendance. Much like everything else, fans on the internet got a kick out of it as well.

As you can see, there’s a common theme when it comes to the narrative about Prescott and mistakes. When you have 15 interceptions the year prior, fans — especially from opposing teams — are going to pounce on social media.

If Dak is going to want to silence the critics, he needs to take better care of the football and maybe stop signing other teams’ hats in 2023.

Make-or-Break Year for Dak Prescott and the Cowboys

Every year, we hear about the Cowboys and their legitimacy among the league’s best. Fresh off two 12-5 seasons in consecutive years, both of which resulted in early exits in the playoffs, something needs to be different about this year’s team, or the conversation about Prescott in a negative light will intensify.

Dak has shown the ability at times to be one of the NFL’s best quarterbacks, and this Cowboys team heading into 2023, looks to be as loaded roster-wise as they’ve ever been over the last decade.

However, the question that has lingered since the 1990s still remains: Can they win the big one and get over the hump?

One could speculate that if the Dallas Cowboys don’t make it beyond the NFC Divisional Round in 2023 a lot could change for this team even if it may not seem fair. Jerry Jones is not getting any younger and the burden to produce another trophy in Dallas has never been bigger.
