The Baltimore Ravens’ playoff run ended with a gutting 27-25 loss against the Buffalo Bills on a freezing night in Orchard Park. The most notable performance, for all the wrong reasons, came from Ravens tight end Mark Andrews. Baltimore’s pre-game social media post didn’t make life any easier for the veteran.
The Bills advanced to the AFC Conference Championship Game and will face the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, Jan. 26. While the home fans celebrated, it was a night to forget for Andrews, who received backlash for his critical mistakes.
Fans flocked to the Ravens’ social media following another playoff disappointment.
Fans React to Baltimore Ravens’ Mark Andrews Post
Before Baltimore and Buffalo kicked off the final game of the 2024 NFL Divisional round at a snowy Highmark Stadium, the Ravens’ social media team shared a post to rally around their star tight end.
The team posted a clip of Andrew warming up in the snowy stadium in a sleeveless tee and shorts.
“A little snow doesn’t bother @Mandrews_81. 🥶,” the caption read.

Andrews coughed up the ball late in the fourth quarter, killing a critical drive. With under a minute remaining, he then dropped a two-point conversion that would’ve tied the game. His mistakes came at the worst possible time for the Ravens, who had no time to recover.
Andrews finished the game with 61 yards on five receptions, but his fumble in the fourth quarter helped set up a Bills field goal. That would have been forgiven had he caught the ball on the two-point attempt in the waning moments of regulation.
NFL fans took some hilarious digs at Andrews under the pregame post. One X user edited the clip into a meme with the text, “Haunting videos taken before disaster.”

“There’s a tweet for everything,” one comment read.
“Oh…oh this did NOT age well,” a fan said.
Despite a slow start to the year, Andrews put together another strong campaign. Fueled by an electric second half, Andrews finished with 55 catches for 673 yards and 11 touchdowns, making his dismal Divisional Round that much more painful.
One bad night doesn’t erase years of elite performance, but bouncing back next season will be crucial to silence the critics. The Ravens veteran helped the offense rank second in the NFL (by PFN’s Offense+) ahead of their elimination.
