Fans in Love With Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski’s Skills After Retirement

Gronkowski retired in 2022, and Brady bid farewell to the game a year later in 2023. However, both were swept away with the championship game vibes while covering the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Commanders game on Jan. 26.

Brady once again took his position and threw a successful pass at Gronk. Everybody around them rejoiced, and the official NFL page on X (formerly Twitter) uploaded the clip.

Within minutes of this clip hitting the internet, fans started sharing their bewilderment at the skill levels of Brady (47) and Gronkowski (35).

“These dudes could join any team right now and still put up NUMBERS,” replied one fan.

“Still got it,” tweeted a fan.

“Look at that spiral. TB12 could play one more year & win another super bowl if he really wanted to,” a fan added.

“They could win another ring on the right team for sure,” commented one user.

“They’ll be slangin’ and catching until their dying days,” another fan added.

“They still got it in them..nice,” tweeted another fan.

Brady Clears Stance on His Broadcasting Future

Earlier in January, reports started that Brady will no longer pursue his broadcasting duties in 2025. This was suggested due to Brady playing an active role as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders in addition to his role as a broadcaster.

However, Brady recently appeared on FS1’s “The Herd with Colin Cowherd,” and cleared the air rather than trashing the entire narrative.

“I don’t know where [the rumors] come from,” Brady said. “I know it always says ‘sources close to Brady,’ or whatever, but I’ve had the best time at Fox, and I’ve loved every time going into the booth and working with such great people.”

“I really can’t wait to see what it looks like in Year 2 and way beyond that too,” Brady added. “I’ve got nine years left on my deal, and maybe longer, you never know. … If Fox wants me and I want to go [on], we’ll just keep going, cause it’s been really fun thus far.”
