‘Please Don’t Let Shedeur Sanders Go to the Giants’ — NFL Fans React to Updated 2025 NFL Draft Order

Fans were quick to predict their teams' draft-day decisions with the 2025 NFL Draft order taking shape after Week 15 came to a close.

With the season coming ever closer to an end, the final draft order is coming into clearer shape. So, potential draft orders today might not be that far off from the final product by January.

However, at the same time, the current draft order has brought fans of specific teams and players to voice out their support and/or frustration about their future.

The 2025 NFL Draft Order Has Fans in a Vice Grip

The horrendous years for the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New York Jets, two teams many had in the playoffs, have put them with high picks in the upcoming draft.

According to the updated order, they sit at fourth and eighth, respectively. The teams above the Jaguars (in order) are the Las Vegas Raiders, the New York Giants, and the New England Patriots. Beyond them, the Carolina Panthers, the Tennessee Titans, and the Cleveland Browns round out the current 5-6-7 spot.

The New England Patriots seem to have their answer at the QB position. While he hasn’t set the world on fire in Year 1, Drake Maye has been consistently solid in his run so far. As a result, the priority for the team now becomes other areas, especially the skill-position guys and the offensive line. As a result, fans are clamoring for them to trade back for additional capital and players.

“Patriots need to trade back get some capital or players and draft Campbell or Banks from Texas.”

But for others, the best non-QB in the draft is a rather elite idea, with names like Travis Hunter and Ashton Jeanty ripe for the picking. “Patriots really gonna get the best non qb”

Speaking of Jeanty, his name came up often. Despite the reluctance to draft the running back position early, his record-breaking year might change perspectives for teams. In the case of the Cleveland Browns, seventh might be a good spot to snag the bell cow: “Jeanty is going to look so good in a browns uniform.”

With both the Raiders and the Giants in desperate need of a quarterback, Shedeur Sanders could be on his way to either of the two teams. One fan, however, definitely does not want him in New York, for unusual reasons, to say the least. “Please don’t let Sanders go to the Giants. I enjoy watching them suck.”

For fans in Las Vegas, though, the current crop isn’t good enough. This year, the QB class isn’t the strongest suit. Unlike last season, where six QBs were taken in the first round itself, 2025 looks to be a different story.

And for one Raider fan, it is yet another case of bad luck for their team. “Raiders finally getting a top pick with a horrendous QB class is sick and twisted.”

As the season winds down, the NFL Draft order might see some fluctuation. But with the destiny of most teams already secure, the NFL Draft is shaping up to be an exciting night.
