Shedeur Sanders has been facing the spotlight about when and where he’ll get drafted since the season ended. At the same time, some analysts believe he will be one of the top three picks, and others have highlighted reasons why he isn’t worthy of a higher draft order.
Sanders has again caught fans’ attention with an offbeat comment on Field Yates’ latest NFL mock draft. NFL fans were not thrilled to see Sanders sarcastically react to his latest draft order prediction.

Shedeur Sanders Rubbing NFL Fans the Wrong Way
Yates recently came out with the third edition of his NFL mock draft, projecting Travis Hunter as the No. 1 overall pick to the Tennessee Titans, then Abdul Carter to the Cleveland Browns, and Cam Ward as the third overall pick to the Giants.
However, one of the things that caught fans’ attention was that Yates projected Sanders at the No. 6 overall spot, predicting him to land with the Las Vegas Raiders.
“Shedeur Sanders lands with the Raiders. Of course, we know he already has a relationship with Tom Brady. There is a lot of respect there, but it goes way beyond that for the Raiders making this selection.
“Shedeur Sanders, the best pocket passer in this year’s track class, ball placement, accuracy, seeing the field, and knowing where to throw the football to his receivers. That is what made Shedeur Sanders a prolific player for four seasons at both Colorado and Jackson State, the two stops serving his college football career,” Yates stated.
Watching this analysis, Sanders dropped an honest reaction and said, “That’s cap, bro; I ain’t going 6th, bro.”

“The top 3 Running Backs in TDs in the NFL ALL at LEAST made the divisional round in the playoffs. The same can’t be said for the top 3 Quarterbacks or Wide Receivers. Yet the top losing teams will still try to force a Quarterback in the first round over a great Running Back,” one fan pointed out.
Another fan added, “I don’t see him going in the first round. He’s just another Manziel.”
“Can’t stand him,” another fan commented.
“Who cares,” another fan added.
“He thinks he’s so much better than what people see in tape and it’s funny,” another fan expressed frustration.
“Just as long as the @Browns don’t draft him, I don’t give a damn where his bust a** goes,” another fan added.
The 2025 NFL Draft will take place in Green Bay, Wisconsin, from April 24 to April 26.
