Social Media Reaction to the Bills’ Loss

The social media page “@JakeAndBall” made a bold statement regarding Allen and his future with the Bills.

“Josh Allen is a career loser. The Bills as an organization are so close to a Super Bowl. They need a winner at QB like Shedeur Sanders. They need to trade Allen to the Titans and start a new chapter,” the individual outlined.

Though his profile bio details how “If you aren’t sure, it’s satire,” people began reacting on social media and have come to the defense of Allen.

    “😂,” one person commented.

Next, one individual detailed how trading the MVP candidate Allen would not make any sense for the Bills.

“This is one of the most ridiculous takes ever. Imagine offloading an MVP candidate…,” they said.

Finally, one Tennessee Titans fan outlined how they would love for this trade to occur, and Allen to be traded to their team.

“🤣🤣🤣🤣 I mean I would love to have him in tennessee,” they stated.

Josh Allen’s 2024 Season Review and Future Outlook

Allen is one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL and in the mix for league MVP along with Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson this year. He finished No. 3 in PFN’s QB+ metric, behind only Jackson and Jared Goff.

On the campaign, Allen had 3,731 passing yards, 28 touchdown passes, and only six interceptions. Furthermore, he added 531 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, and one receiving touchdown as well.

In one of those games, Allen became the first player in NFL history to throw for three touchdowns and run for three touchdowns in the same game, a truly remarkable feat.

While Sanders has the skills to succeed at the professional level and features to be a good player in the future, Allen is a superstar quarterback right now. For the Bills, who are in a Super Bowl window right now, trading their MVP candidate for an unproven commodity seems unfathomable.
