Johnson is in his third season as Detroit’s offensive coordinator, and he has continued to build his reputation around the league. With him calling plays on offense, the Lions have improved every season and have become arguably the best team in the NFC.

Working with Williams will be a challenge that Johnson would love, but he does not want to start his career as a head coach on a bad note.
