With the NFL Draft a few weeks away, Pitt long snapper Cal Adomitis, the first All-American long snapper in college football history, is drawing plenty of interest from NFL teams. Adomitis, a Senior Bowl all-star game selection regarded as the top long snapper to enter the league in several years, has five workouts for NFL teams.

Teams that are holding workouts for Adomitis include the Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals, according to league sources.
One of three Pitt standouts invited to the prestigious Senior Bowl along with quarterback Kenny Pickett and defensive back Damarri Mathis, Adomitis started for five consecutive seasons (64 games). He was also named an All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection.
At the NFL scouting combine, Adomitis ran the 40-yard dash in 4.97 seconds. He bench pressed 225 pounds 18 times and had a 29 1/2 inch vertical leap and an 8-11 broad jump with a 4.62 short shuttle. He had a 7.53 three-cone drill time.
