Week 1 of the 2023 NFL season is here, which means we can re-acquainted with our favorite announcers and get to know some new ones. With 15 games on Sunday and Monday, we have a busy slate of football. Let’s take a look at the NFL announcers for Week 1 across CBS, FOX, NBC, and ESPN, as well as which games each will be calling.
CBS Announcers for Week 1
This week, CBS and FOX will share the doubleheader, so both companies will send their lead broadcast teams to late-afternoon kickoffs. For CBS, Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will be in New England for the Patriots game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

FOX Announcers for Week 1
FOX will be sending their lead foursome of Kevin Burkhardt, Greg Olsen, Erin Andrews, and Tom Rinaldi to Chicago, where the Bears host the Green Bay Packers. FOX will be carrying six games this week, with four in the early window and two in the late window.

ESPN and NBC Announcers for 2023
The first week of the NFL season means that NBC announcers Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth, and Melissa Stark will be pulling double duty. On Thursday night, they call the NFL Kickoff game in Arrowhead Stadium before heading to New York for Sunday Night Football.
As for ESPN, they have just one game this week, which will be called by their usual NFL announcers; Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, and Lisa Salters.
