The Baltimore Ravens are hoping two-time MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson leads them to their first Super Bowl victory since 2013.
If the Ravens fall short in the postseason yet again, chances are the front office will attempt to load the roster with even more talent. Baltimore bulked up its offense in different ways last summer, and Jackson thrived from the additions. RB Derrick Henry was brought in via free agency, and WR Zay Flowers took a huge leap in his sophomore campaign, even earning a Pro Bowl selection.
A tough road is ahead of them to even reach the Super Bowl, as they face the Bills Sunday and then likely have a matchup with the back-to-back champion Kansas City Chiefs. Let’s assume the Ravens fall short somewhere along the way. Is the acquisition of a superstar WR in order?
NFL Analyst Predicts Ravens To Add Disgruntled Superstar WR Tyreek Hill
The Miami Dolphins missed the postseason entirely, and it’s safe to say Hill was fed up.
He made clear his desire for a change of scenery, following their Week 18 loss to the New York Jets. NFL analyst Maurice Moton of Bleacher Report predicted Baltimore will acquire Hill in a blockbuster trade, sending out a 2025 second-round pick.
“Even if Hill is genuinely committed to the Dolphins, team brass should be concerned about his mindset if Miami struggles through another season,” Moton wrote. “While the Dolphins may not say it publicly, they should gauge Hill’s trade market value.”
Despite the off-field drama, Hill is widely regarded as a top receiving threat in the NFL. His pure, off-the-line speed is something no other WR can match. By constantly posing a threat with his legs, Jackson could pull defensive players down from the secondary, allowing Hill to score the 50+ yard TDs he so often did in his prime.
“If healthy, Hill is still one of the league’s best receivers,” Moton wrote. “In recent years, the Baltimore Ravens have been aggressive on the trade market…Wide receivers Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman posted career-high receiving numbers in multiple categories, but they aren’t on the same tier as Hill in playmaking ability.
“If the Ravens open the 2025 season with Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Hill, they would have arguably the league’s best quarterback-tailback-receiver trio.”

Moton summed it up perfectly: Jackson, Henry, and Hill would be the most dominant, dynamic “Big 3” in the league.
