‘This Is a Dysfunctional Organization’ — NFL Analyst Doesn’t Mince Words on Browns Amid $125,000,000 Star’s Trade Request

The Cleveland Browns are stealing headlines, but not for the right reasons. One NFL analyst slammed the franchise as “dysfunctional” amid their $125 million star’s bold trade request.

This chaos behind the scenes is grabbing quite the spotlight. Guess it’s not just the football that’s falling apart in Cleveland.

Joy Taylor Slams Browns’ Dysfunction, Backs Myles Garrett’s Trade Request

Joy Taylor didn’t hold back, and the Browns aren’t coming out of this one looking too good. On FS1’s “Speak,” Taylor unleashed a no-holds-barred rant about Myles Garrett’s trade request and the Browns’ dysfunction.

Let’s break it down: Garrett is a generational player; he’s elite, a one-man wrecking crew on defense. But the Browns? Not so much. Taylor didn’t mince words, calling out the team for squandering Garrett’s talent while they couldn’t seem to get their act together.

“He’s a generational player, and the Browns aren’t going anywhere, and his production is essentially being wasted, and he’s the best player on the team,” she said.

She didn’t stop there. The NFL analyst straight-up called the Browns a “dysfunctional organization” — ouch. While Garrett’s busy dominating, the team’s spinning its wheels with no direction. It’s a bad look.

Now here’s the kicker: Taylor highlighted what Garrett could do for a contender. Imagine him on a playoff-bound squad, ready to make some noise.

Setting up the perfect picture of how Garrett’s prime is being wasted with the Browns, she asserted, “This is a dysfunctional organization that can’t get right, and this is a player that could potentially play a massive role on a team in an organization that is parentally in the playoffs and is an opportunity to go to the next level and win a championship.

So I don’t blame him at all. I would think at this point that nobody who even in the Cleveland organization, can blame him.”

So, here’s the deal: If Garrett bounces, no one in Cleveland can blame him. He’s chasing rings, not rebuilding. And frankly, it’s hard to blame him when the team can’t even get out of its own way.

Garrett Wants Out of Cleveland, Chasing Super Bowl Glory

Garrett has made it clear: he’s ready to move on from Cleveland. The star pass rusher has officially requested a trade, and his reasons are simple: he’s chasing a Super Bowl, not a lifetime in rebuilding mode.

In a statement to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, Garrett said, “As a kid dreaming of the NFL, all I focused on was the ultimate goal of winning a Super Bowl — and that goal fuels me today more than ever.”

It’s a tough decision, with Garrett acknowledging the love he has for northeast Ohio and the Browns’ fanbase. “These past eight years have shaped me into the man that I am today,” he shared. But despite his deep connection to the city, Garrett is focused on one thing: winning.

“The goal was never to go from Cleveland to Canton,” he continued, referencing Canton, Ohio, the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. “It has always been to compete for and win a Super Bowl.” With that, Garrett has requested a trade, signaling he’s ready for a fresh start in pursuit of a championship.

The Browns might be losing one of their most dynamic players, but Garrett’s eyes are now set on the brightest stage — the Super Bowl.
