“I enjoy every square inch of the land here,” Stewart told Robb Report. “There is always something to do … hunting and fishing, off-roading, or just sitting on the porch and enjoying the stars at night. It is the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation.”
The property’s price adjustments reflect a challenging luxury real estate market, but its unique offerings cater to buyers seeking privacy and adventure.

Stewart’s post-racing endeavors include a recent partnership with Novant Health to fund an intermediate care unit at Hemby Children’s Hospital.
