Jerry Jones wears several hats for the Dallas Cowboys, and that works out for him when the team does good. However, with the current status of the franchise, it means Jones has to take a ton of blame as well.
Linebacker Micah Parsons’ brother Terrence Parsons Jr. is the latest one to comment on Jones.
Jerry Jones Under Fire for Team’s Current Build
This season became even tougher for any Cowboys fan after the Philadelphia Eagles qualified for the NFC Championship Game. They defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 28-22 despite Jalen Hurts throwing for 128 yards.
This led to introspection by Cowboys fans — several fans highlighted that the Eagles thrive even when their QB isn’t performing the best, while the Cowboys flounder in such a scenario.
One fan tweeted on X (formerly Twitter) to Terrence Parsons Jr., “Cowboys have won 1 game when Dak has thrown for under 150 IN HIS CAREER. Hurts has had it happen 3 times in the playoffs Lmao and the 4th he threw for 156.”
Parsons was already discussing this issue with the fan and after this reply, Micah’s brother targeted the Cowboys owner, president, and general manager. “My point exactly but our owner says we go as far as dak takes us,” he tweeted.

Micah Parsons was also involved with Dez Bryant in an online feud recently. The duo had discussed the “culture” issue at the Cowboys, and they too labeled the blame at Jones’ feet.
Former Cowboys WR Pleads to Jones
Three-time Super Bowl champion Michael Irvin recently appeared on FS1’s “Speak.” Irvin highlighted that the Cowboys have never had a Black coach and pleaded with Jones to change that fact by hiring his former teammate Deion Sanders.
“This is a critical point. Jerry at this age, at this stage, and maybe willing to make that move and bring Deion in,” said Irvin. “I mean, we have a movie coming out. We have a Black Captain America. There’s nothing wrong with having a Black coach on ‘America’s Team.’ It’s about time.”
Sanders on the other hand has hinted at his willingness to stay in Colorado. The Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore has now become the front-runner for the vacant position at the Cowboys.
