Miami Dolphins’ Tyreek Hill on Divorce Filing in Broward Court: ‘BS’

    Published on

In a bizarre turn of events, Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill insisted he's not getting divorced … even though someone filed on his behalf in court.

Getting divorced? Not so fast, according to Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

Did Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill File for Divorce?

Less than two months after marrying longtime girlfriend Keeta Vaccaro in a private ceremony, the five-time All-Pro has filed for divorce, according to Broward County court records.

But Hill quickly took to social media to shoot down those reports.

“I get on Twitter and see bs,” Hill wrote on X shortly after the South Florida Sun-Sentinel broke the news.

Hill later added: “Boy no the heck we didn’t so don’t put that in the air !!! We are happily married and gone stay that way.”

What didn’t Hill explain? This filing on the county clerk of court’s website:

South Florida attorney Gary Celetti filed a notice of appearance on behalf of a person identifying themselves as Tyreek DShaun Hill on Monday, petitioning for the dissolution of marriage.

The filing occurred at Broward County’s Central Courthouse. La Keeta Jo Anne Vaccaro was listed as the respondent. The filing included notice of related cases.

Hill and Vaccaro’s relationship was a central part of Hard Knocks: In Season with the Miami Dolphins, with the couple inviting NFL Films into their Southwest Ranches home — which caught fire earlier this month.

No one was hurt in the blaze, which reportedly caused more than $2 million in damage and was started by a four-year-old who was playing with a lighter.

Hill throughout the season would often seek out Vaccaro in the stands after scoring touchdowns to give her the football.

If there was any tension in the marriage, the couple sure did an excellent job hiding it on Tuesday, as Hill posted a picture of himself and Vaccaro on Instagram.

“I get on Twitter and see bs,” Hill wrote. He added, “Boy no the heck we didn’t so don’t put that in the air !!! We are happily married and gone stay that way.”

Hill surely will be asked more about the situation next week when he represents the Dolphins at the 2024 Pro Bowl Games.
