MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — If you’re hoping to see stars during Friday night’s Atlanta Falcons vs. Miami Dolphins preseason game, you better get a telescope.
Basically, any player expected to be on the Dolphins’ 53-man roster this fall is watching the game in street clothes.
While the Dolphins did not release a list of inactive players ahead of Friday’s game, it was pretty obvious who was and was not playing based on their wardrobe choice

Analysis
It’s the Mike White and Skylar Thompson show, with Tagovailoa getting the night off. Expect them both to play a lot.
Offensive rookies Jaylen Wright, Malik Washington, and Patrick Paul all will see action, however.
The story’s the same on defense, but this will be a showcase game for Quinton Bell and Benito Jones, the only defensive starters in this week’s depth chart in uniform.
