    Following a chaotic start to the offseason, the Miami Dolphins are in a surprisingly good position heading into the 2024 NFL Draft.

    Dolphins general manager Chris Grier has retooled Miami’s roster following several notable departures in free agency.

    While the Dolphins still have several questions remaining on the current roster, the 2024 NFL Draft is loaded with prospects at positions of need for Miami. With just six draft picks, Grier will have to capitalize on each selection.

    Miami Dolphins 7-Round 2024 NFL Mock Draft: JC Latham Is the Pick at 21

    Despite the return of starting left tackle Terron Armstead, Miami must address the team’s future at offensive tackle.

    Pro Football Network’s Adam H. Beasley released his final mock draft for the Dolphins, and he has Miami selecting Alabama offensive tackle JC Latham with the No. 21 overall selection.

    Latham would likely start at right guard in 2024 while serving as Armstead’s replacement in the future.

    Some Needed Perspective on the Xavier Worthy-to-Miami Hype Train

    Regardless of the presence of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, Miami has been linked to Texas wide receiver Xavier Worthy. After breaking the 40-yard dash record at the 2024 NFL Combine, it’s clear that Worthy would bring even more speed down to Miami.

    Yet Beasley believes that Worthy likely won’t be the best player available when the Dolphins are on the clock at No. 21.

    2024 NFL Draft: Ranking 10 Most OL-Needy Teams, Including Dolphins, Commanders, Patriots, Titans

    As previously mentioned, Armstead is returning for likely one final season in Miami. Given his age and injury history, the Dolphins need help along their offensive line.

    Pro Football Network’s Dallas Robinson ranked the 10 most offensive line-needy teams heading into the 2024 NFL Draft.

    The Dolphins ranked eighth on Robinson’s list, as he cited Miami’s lack of depth behind Armstead as a key reason for being included.
