Mark Davis House: A Look At the Las Vegas Raiders Owner’s Massive $14 Million Mansion

The Las Vegas Raiders franchise is a storied one with lots of success. Although the 2023 season has been drama-filled, there has been one constant: Mark Davis.

Davis, who gained control of the franchise in 2011, is one of the NFL’s most well-known and successful owners. With some of his money, he built a massive $14 million mansion. What does it look like?

    Mark Davis’ Massive Mansion

The Raiders moved from Oakland to Las Vegas in 2020. Not long after, in August 2020, Davis began the process of creating his dream home. Records showed that he purchased a 6.32-acre lot in Ascaya, a private luxury community outside of Las Vegas. The property cost him $6 million.

The home itself was built in 2021 and included a penthouse, a bridge, and a massive garage. The home, which has a very Raiders-esque design, is 15,046 square feet. It is three stories tall, holds five bedrooms, and has 10 bathrooms. It is valued at $14 million, according to the New York Post.

One of the more noticeable features of the home’s exterior is its large pool, containing three islands. Two of the islands have decks, reachable from bridges. The third island is a sunken pentagon-shaped seating area jutting into the water. The middle island additionally has a built-in TV, a fire, and jumping fountains.

The first floor of the home includes a steam room, a bar, two kitchens, two bedroom suites, and a massive pantry. There is also a porte cochère, a covered driveway, in the front.

Behind the covered driveway, there is a 1,342-square-foot man-cave. The man-cave is surrounded by the massive garage, which spans 5,422 square feet as well.

The second floor, which can be accessed by a spiral staircase or elevator, contains a library, 303-square-foot deck, office, and dining room. A majority of the second floor is outdoors.

Finally, the third floor is the penthouse suite. It is on only the front side of the house and includes a large bedroom, a foyer, and two full bathrooms. The penthouse suite is nearly twice the size of the library.

In the years since the build, Davis has had other real estate dealings. He sold his single-story, 2,862-square-foot condo in the Summit Club for $10.5 million. He sold it in early 2023 after purchasing the property in 2021 for $5.3 million. He sold it to David Goggins, an author, long-distance runner, and former Navy SEAL.
