Is There a ManningCast Tonight? Super Wild Card Weekend Monday Night Football Schedule

Is there a ManningCast tonight? When can football fans watch Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli Manning on Super Wild Card Weekend?

Just one more game remains to set the stage for the Divisional Round of the 2023 NFL playoffs. Is there a ManningCast for Monday Night Football tonight?

While the weather affected a few games, Super Wild Card Weekend was filled with plenty of surprises. Here’s how to watch the weekend’s final game, including the start time, channels, and live stream options.

    Is There a ManningCast Tonight?

After a three-week hiatus, Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli Manning returns to ESPN2 for a Super Wild Card Weekend matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

    • Start time: 8:15 p.m. ET
    • Channel: ESPN, ABC, ESPN2
    • Live stream options: ESPN+, YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV

The disappearance from the Dallas Cowboys can make the end of the Eagles season feel a little better.

After rushing out to a 10-1 record, Philadelphia lost five of its last six games, surrendering the NFC East and falling to the fifth seed. Can HC Nick Sirianni turn things around before it’s too late? A win over the Buccaneers would be a good start.

However, injuries have taken their toll. The Eagles are already without A.J. Brown, and their star QB Jalen Hurts is banged up. However, Sirianni is still confident Hurts will play.

“He’s tough and he’ll do everything that he can do to play through it,” Sirianni said. “He went back in the game on Sunday after he had done it. And he was able — I imagine it hurt pretty good … I just know how tough he is and how much he can fight through and how much pain he can withstand. So obviously it will be a challenge…And I know that he can overcome because he’s overcame so many different things throughout his football journey. And that’s what makes him special.”

The Buccaneers’ season ended very differently. After a 4-7 start, the benefits of being in the NFC South kicked in for Tampa Bay, which won five of its last six games to clinch a weak division. Can QB Baker Mayfield provide Tampa Bay with one more week of magic after starting under center all season?

If Tampa wants to turn the NFC playoffs upside down on tonight’s ManningCast, the Bucs must rely on Mayfield’s arm to take the offense down the field. The Buccaneers QB has 28 TD passes, the seventh most in the league.

Mayfield suffered a painful injury to his ribs at the end of the Week 17 game against New Orleans, then hurt his ankle while being sacked by the Panthers in Week 18. But he is optimistic he will play this week.

“Yeah, I got a little ankle injury pretty early in the game. It’s one of those things [where] as the week goes on, it’ll feel better and better. I’ll get some good rehab and work done on it and see how it goes. Luckily, the blessing is we play on Monday night, so an extra day of rest and recovery for me.”

The Eagles have allowed 35 passing touchdowns this season, the second most in the NFL. Mayfield will look to WRs Mike Evans and Chris Godwin often in a quest to move on to next week.
