Is Former NFL RB Le’Veon Bell Boxing Logan Paul? The Ex-Steelers Back Calls Out the Social Media Icon

Le'Veon Bell called out social media influencer Logan Paul. The former NFL RB wants the WWE performer to step into the boxing ring. Will Paul accept?

Former NFL running back Le’Veon Bell has continued his sports endeavors following his professional football career, transitioning his speed and power inside the boxing ring. Bell’s most famous contest came against fellow former NFL RB star Adrian Peterson, where Bell was victorious. Now it appears as if the former Steelers back has turned his attention to one specific social media icon.

Le’Veon Bell Calls Out Logan Paul

Bell took to Twitter/X on Tuesday to call out Logan Paul. Paul most recently notched a victory in the professional wrestling ring over Ricochet during WWE’s SummerSlam premium live event. To his credit, Paul has performed sensationally in the wrestling ring despite his lack of in-ring experience.

Nevertheless, Bell did not mix words on the social media platform, stating, “You really can’t duck me forever, Logan Paul…at some poin, you’re gonna have to see me in that boxing ring.”

One would think that Paul, the brash social media megastar, would leap at the opportunity to put on a show with Bell. Unfortunately, at least in the short term, Paul has other plans. He is currently scheduled to face Bellator welterweight Dillon Danis on Oct. 14 during the Misfits Boxing card.

This encounter isn’t the first time Bell has called out both Logan and Jake Paul. Bell appeared on “No Jumper,” stating that Logan Paul had previously agreed to fight the winner of his bout with JMX and intimated that once he saw Bell defeat JMX in four rounds, decided to look at other options. Bell stated simply that the Paul brothers are nowhere “near the same caliber of athlete” as the former NFL All-Pro RB.

Bell believes he is built for long-term success in boxing and that anyone from social media will not hang with him in the ring for eight rounds. Bell faces his critics, who believe the former NFL star’s boxing career will fade due to his lack of pedigree.

Will Bell get his chance to step into the boxing ring with Paul? Maybe, but the former NFL back must exhibit his noteworthy patience. Not only is Paul scheduled for his Oct. 14 match, but he’s looking for a bigger pay day. Where better to look than Conor McGregor?

Following the former UFC champion’s tweet regarding Dillon Danis’ return, Paul did his own “calling out” — simply by tweeting, “You’re next.”

With Paul facing no shortage of boxing or wrestling ring options, we remain in a wait-and-see mode on whether Bell will get his wish.
