Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson made it a truly unforgettable Christmas for one of his biggest fans. Jackson made a young boy’s dream come true.
Santa Jackson Comes Through in the Clutch for Little Boy
In the aftermath of a 31-2 drubbing of the Houston Texans, Jackson gave a young man a Christmas present he will never forget.
When the game was over, Jackson was walking back to the locker room and saw a Baltimore fan in the stands in Houston. The boy called to Jackson and the quarterback called an audible and left a boy in his glory.
Jackson gave the boy a handshake, a sweat band and his beanie. The young fan and his family are from Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. They flew all the way to H-Town just to see Jackson and the Ravens.

This wasn’t just any beanie. It wasn’t just any other game. It was the beanie Jackson wore when he broke the record for most career rushing yards by a quarterback.
The young child was so happy and was smiling from ear to ear. He could not wait to show his treasure to his family. It should be noted Jackson runs a charitable foundation in his hometown of Boynton Beach, Florida in South Florida where he annually holds a “Fun Day with LJ.” Jackson is a very charitable individual, especially when it comes to children.
Baltimore controlled the game and the line of scrimmage as they amassed 251 yards rushing. The Ravens relied on the powerful running of Derrick Henry, who rushed for 147 yards, and the dazzling speed of Jackson, who had 87 yards in his record-setting day.
According to a report by ESPN, Jackson topped a maximum speed of 21.25 miles per hour on a 48-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. According to Next Gen Stats, that’s the highest top speed of Jackson’s illustrious seven-year career. It is also the second-fastest max speed by a quarterback this season, ranking only behind Arizona’s Kyler Murray, who scored at a pace of 21.27 miles per hour.
