In her acceptance speech for the Album of the Year award, Swift shared some exciting news that Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie, was excited about.

During the music award ceremony in Los Angeles, Swift broke the news that she is releasing a new album. The crowd went wild, and the announcement of new Swift music went viral on social media.
“I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret I’ve been keeping from you for the last two years,” Swift said during her acceptance speech. “Which is that my brand new album comes out April 19. It’s called The Tortured Poets Department.”
“I would love to tell you that this is the best moment in my life,” Swift continued.
“But I feel this happy when I finish a song or when I crack the code to a bridge that I love, or when I am short-listing a music video, or when I am rehearsing with my dancers or my band or getting ready to go to Tokyo to play a show.“
Swift may have been without her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, for music’s biggest night as he traveled to Las Vegas ahead of Super Bowl 58. However, Swift had the support of Kylie Kelce following her big announcement.
A barstool podcast, Chicks in the Office, shared the news on their Instagram page. Among those to like the post was one of Swift’s biggest supporters, Kylie.
It isn’t the first time that Kylie has shown support for Swift on social media, as she shared a TikTok in December 2023.
The short video was of their daughter, Wyatt, reading a book with Swift’s song “Never Grow Up” as a backing song. Kylie shared the caption of the video as “If you’re gonna try to make a headline out of this, you better offer a suggestion of a better audio… because there isn’t one.”
Swift has become a part of the Kelce family since she began dating Travis. Speaking on the New Heights podcast, Jason spoke about taking to the field after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game saying, “We had the whole FAMILY down on the field; me, mom, dad, Taylor.”
