Kenny Pickett led the Eagles to victory against their divisional rivals, the Cowboys, with his wife Amy sharing a congratulatory message to the QB.

Kenny Pickett reminded the world of his caliber and toughness as the Philadelphia Eagles humiliated their longtime rivals, the Dallas Cowboys.

Fans are excited for the bragging rights, but naturally, Pickett’s biggest fan, his wife Amy, couldn’t hide her excitement over the quarterback’s gutsy performance against the Cowboys.

Kenny Pickett’s Wife Amy Celebrates Her Husband’s Success

Eagles starting QB Jalen Hurts suffered a concussion against the Washington Commanders in Week 16, which led to Pickett suiting up and taking over. And this past Sunday, he stepped onto the gridiron as a starter for the first time after more than a year.

Leaving the woes of the Pittsburgh Steelers days behind him, Pickett registered 143 passing yards for a touchdown and a rushing score vs. Dallas. With the victory, the Eagles have locked in the No. 2 seed in the NFC.

Pickett’s wife Amy took to her Instagram and reposted the QB’s picture from the game, highlighting the 26-year-old’s tough path to success.

“So proud,” she captioned her story with a white heart emoji.

Apart from this, she posted both the touchdown clips of her husband from the game. With Hurts’ exact timeline for his return not yet confirmed, Amy might have the opportunity to cheer for her husband in the playoffs as well.

Pickett’s Toughness Against Cowboys Impresses Teammates

Going into the game, Pickett also wasn’t 100% and played with broken ribs. As per NBC’s Mike Florio, the QB received two painkilling injections on game day — one before the start and another during halftime.

Pickett’s teammates didn’t mince words after the game when discussing his toughness.

“Oh man, it don’t go unnoticed,” DeVonta Smith said. “For him to fight through the things he was fighting through, he’s a very tough guy.”

“I don‘t know how he’s doing it, but kudos to him because he’s getting hit and broken ribs? Damn! That s*** hurts,” said Darius Slay.

Head coach Nick Sirianni and other players were also impressed by Pickett’s attitude. Due to his injury and Hurts’ concussion, it’s expected that Pickett will not play in next week’s meaningless game against the New York Giants.
