Justin Tucker Salary, Contract, and Net Worth: How Much Money Has the Ravens Kicker Made?

Justin Tucker is widely regarded as one of the best kickers NFL history and a future Hall of Famer. However, the Baltimore Ravens kicker has been struggling as of late, which is shocking given how accurate he has been throughout his 13-year NFL career.

Let’s examine the 35-year-old’s contract with the Ravens, his 2024 salary, and net worth.

    Justin Tucker’s Contract and Salary

In 2022, the Ravens and Tucker agreed to a four-year, $24 million contract extension, which included $17.5 million guaranteed. Tucker is scheduled to hit free agency in 2028.

He’s currently the second-highest-paid kicker in the NFL, with an average annual value of $6 million. The only kicker earning more than Tucker is Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, who is bringing in an average of $6.4 million annually.

Tucker’s base salary for the 2024 season is $1,210,000 with a signing bonus of $1,100,000 and a $1,772,500 restructure bonus. His cap hit is a little over $4 million this season.

Given the guaranteed money in his deal, the Ravens would have to take on a significant dead-cap hit if they want to move on from Tucker after this season.

Throughout the course of Tucker’s career, he has earned $51,073,599 from his NFL contracts alone. The only kicker in NFL history who has earned more than Tucker is Adam Vinatieri, who made $51,131,999 during his playing days.

It’s worth noting that the career-earnings figure doesn’t include Tucker’s endorsement deals or any off-field ventures. You might be surprised to learn that a kicker has endorsement deals, but Tucker has partnered with several companies since entering the NFL in 2012 as an undrafted free agent, including Nike, Hello Fresh, Leesa, and Lululemon

Tucker’s net worth is currently estimated to be $5 million. Given his career earnings (without his endorsements or other endeavors), this number seems pretty low.

Tucker may be expensive as far as kickers go, but he’s been worth it for the majority of his career. It remains to be seen if his recent struggles are a temporary issue that he can work through or if he’ll continue to have issues going forward.

    Tucker is a Super Bowl champion, five-time first-team All-Pro, three-time second-team All-Pro, seven-time Pro Bowler, and a member of the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team.
