Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson is an absolute superstar. But if you looked at his house, you wouldn’t guess that he signed a four-year, $140 million extension last offseason, with $110 million guaranteed. For now, it seems he’s content with what he has and isn’t in a rush to upgrade to something bigger.

Justin Jefferson’s Townhouse
Jefferson’s home was featured on the Netflix show “Receiver,” where fans got a glimpse of his modest living space despite his massive contract. Unlike many athletes, Jefferson doesn’t feel the need for a giant mansion—at least, not yet.
“I’m one person. I ain’t got no big family, man. I don’t need to be in no $10 million mansion. That’s not something that I came from. I grew up with parents that was grateful for what they have. I was grateful for what I grew up with.”
“So, I never grew up having no big old house. You know, maybe I’ll move on to that, maybe not? I guess we’ll find out sooner or later,” Jefferson said about why he hasn’t splurged on a massive home.

Jefferson lets his game do the talking and doesn’t seem interested in lavish real estate. While he’s known for his signature chains, his humble beginnings keep him grounded. For now, he’s happy with his townhouse, and his financial decisions seem as calculated as his incredible catches on the field.
Jefferson and Next Year’s Vikings
The two-time First-Team All-Pro and former Offensive Player of the Year has yet to record a season with fewer than 1,000 receiving yards. Even in his 2023 when he played only 10 games, Jefferson eclipsed the mark.
With Sam Darnold at quarterback, Jefferson racked up 1,533 yards and 10 touchdowns last season. With Darnold now in Seattle, Minnesota’s quarterback situation remains a mystery heading into 2025.
The Vikings’ next quarterback is still unknown after the first wave of free agency. J.J. McCarthy could be their future, but other potential options include Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson. Regardless of who lines up under center, Jefferson is expected to remain an All-Pro force. Few quarterbacks wouldn’t want to throw to him, and if there are any receivers who rival his impact, they are a select few.
Jefferson is on track to become one of the greatest receivers of all time, yet he remains grounded in his townhouse rather than living lavishly in a mansion. He is on pace to record the highest receiving yards per game in NFL history, averaging an insane 96.5 yards per game. No matter where he lives or who throws him the ball, Jefferson will continue to dominate.
