Josh Allen’s Teammate Begins Recruitment Drive To Bring Myles Garrett to Bills

Josh Allen's teammate makes his pitch to Myles Garrett to link up with the Buffalo Bills for immediate success.

Myles Garrett has solidified his position as one of the best defensive players in the NFL. However, the edge rusher shocked the world by handing in a trade request to the Cleveland Browns.

Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins has started his recruitment process to pair him with Josh Allen and Co. in New York.

Dion Dawkins Hints at Super Bowl Success With Josh Allen To Lure Myles Garrett to Buffalo

The news of Garrett handing in a trade request spread like wildfire. Players from many teams started urging Garrett to join them, while analysts and insiders started highlighting the best teams for the 29-year-old to land.

The Bills have also thrown in their hat via Dawkins. In an interview, the four-time Pro Bowler was asked to name one player he’d like to see in the Bills locker room. Dawkins didn’t hesitate and used the camera to send Garrett a message.

“Myles Garrett, right now, come rock with us. Let’s win a Super Bowl,” he said.

The Bills have crashed out of the playoffs at different stages for the last six seasons. They bowed out against the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game this season. Dawkins believes that Garrett is the missing piece of the puzzle that will lead Buffalo to ultimate glory.

Garrett’s Teammate Pleads for Him To Stay In Cleveland

While almost every team in the league and its players suggest that Garrett join them, it’s a similar case in his current team as well. Tight end David Njoku pleaded with Garrett during his “Radio Row” appearance.

“Come on dawg, stay home bro,” Njoku said to the cameras. “He knows who I’m talking to. Stay home, come on. Give it another shot, we ain’t that far off honestly speaking… I think we’re close, man. We just need a healthy and good quarterback.”

The Browns have suffered inconsistency at the top of their roster due to quarterback issues. Deshawn Watson’s injuries and uninspiring performances have left the Browns in a deep hole. But with the No. 2 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, it’s possible for Cleveland to turn things around in a hurry.
