As we inch toward the new season, the ever-changing NFL landscape has player fantasy values constantly on the move. Whether you’re used to the dynasty platform or are still learning the rules, let’s dive into the latest dynasty fantasy football value of Jerry Jeudy.
Jerry Jeudy’s Dynasty Outlook and Value
I will admit to previously not having been a fan of Jeudy. I was firmly on team Courtland Sutton > Jeudy for the past two seasons. While I’m not necessarily out on Sutton, I’ve come around on Jeudy. The man is good at football.
Despite not being fantasy relevant with 9.9 ppg as a rookie, Jeudy actually had an excellent inaugural NFL season, catching 52 passes for 856 yards. Jeudy’s production cratered as a sophomore, largely due to an early-season high ankle sprain. He averaged just 8.5 ppg, which significantly reduced his dynasty value.
In this third season, the arrow was pointing up once again with the presumptive upgrade at quarterback and head coach. Obviously, as you know, neither of those things turned out to be the case. In fact, it was quite the opposite.

Nevertheless, Jeudy managed the best season of his career. He caught 67 passes for 972 yards and six touchdowns — doing so on a 20.8% target share. There’s room to grow there, too.
In addition to the potential for improved QB play (it can’t be worse) and an improved offense (also can’t be worse), Jeudy proved last season he’s capable of overcoming even the worst conceivable situation. At worst, we should get the guy who averaged 13.6 ppg and finished as a mid-WR2.
Jeudy averaged 9.7 yards per target, which was inside the top 10. That’s extremely impressive when you consider the circumstances. Any way you slice it, he outperformed Sutton. It’s fair to value the younger and more productive Jeudy over Sutton at this point.
Jerry Jeudy’s Fantasy Ranking
Still just 24 years old, Jeudy has nearly a decade of football ahead of him. But he’s also in the final year of his rookie deal.
The Broncos are likely to pick up Jeudy’s fifth-year option, keeping him under team control until 2025. However, after extending Sutton and Tim Patrick in 2021, the team now needs to shift its focus to extending Jeudy. It’s something I expect them to do, possibly as early as this offseason.
A year ago, I would’ve been advising fantasy managers to sell Jeudy based on potential. That still may end up having been good advice, as the hype on this offense was out of control after they traded for Wilson.
Right now, though, I want to acquire Jeudy. He’s established a high floor through his performance in miserable offensive conditions. Just imagine what Jeudy could do with a top-10 offense and competent quarterback play.
He’s currently ranked as our WR30 (No. 80 overall) in our dynasty Superflex rankings. At that price, I’m very interested in Jeudy in dynasty startup drafts. We could look back on this ranking of Jeudy next year and think it was a bit too low.
