Jason Kelce’s House: Where Does the Eagles Legend Live Now?

Jason Kelce is the focal point of both the Eagles offensive line, his hit podcast, and now a new documentary. Where does the Eagles legend live, and what is his house like?

Jason Kelce is the older brother of Travis Kelce, and he doesn’t get nearly as much attention as Travis because he plays on the offensive line, a position that doesn’t get enough shine. Travis plays tight end, by comparison, and can have more of his personality shine through on game day because skill positions players generally draw more eyes.

The Kelce brothers do a lot together — they have a podcast called New Heights that’s very popular.

Jason was drafted in the 2011 NFL Draft and quickly endeared himself to Philadelphia Eagles fans both on and off the field. He’s gotten a reputation for being one of the best centers in the NFL, and he’s still been able to let his personality shine because of where he is in Philadelphia. He fits in perfectly there.

A Look at Jason Kelce’s House

Kelce has a house in the city of Haverford, Penn., which is a suburb 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia. He bought the house for $680,000 in 2018.

    The house has:

    • four bedrooms
    • three bathrooms
    • one-acre lot

Two years later, Kelce decided to buy the house next door for a massive amount of $3.96 million. The total lot between the two houses that he owns increased to eight acres after the purchase was finalized. This house had four bedrooms as well.

These two properties are where he and his wife raise their children. He met his wife, Kylie McDevitt, on a dating app, and they married on April 14, 2018. They have three daughters together, with the first being born in October 2019, the second in March 2021, and the third in February 2023.

Kelce also has a three-story, four-bedroom summer house in Sea Isle City, N.J., on the Jersey Shore. He purchased it for $2.2 million. It’s right near the beach and has plenty of patio and deck space for the view.

Finally, he also owns a three-unit rental house in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. He bought that property in 2018 for $160,000. Kelce has diversified his real estate portfolio and will be set far after his football career because of it.
