    Jalen Hurts’ Poignant Locker Room Speech Gets Fans Pumped Up

    Hurts’ pregame speech was made public on Feb. 16, where he, with his characteristic calm demeanor.

    “Last time being here, that s**t changed my life. It changed my life, and it changed my mentality, and it changed everything. Because, for so long, I was seeking, what would I do when I got this moment again?

    “What would I do when this opportunity met me again, on the biggest stage, everybody watching? And I didn’t get benched. I put on a good show. I couldn’t have done that without you guys, but, I left that motherf***er so empty. S**t doesn’t matter but winning.

    “When you talk about team sports, and you talk about everything that we’ve gone through, there’s been an admission this whole motherf***ing time. So, for all the hard work and everything we’ve been able to do to this point, just take it one play at a time, let it come to you, and ask yourself how you want to be remembered.”

    Upon hearing the speech, fans couldn’t help but be in awe of the quarterback.

    “I will die for him,” a fan joked.

    “Last Superbowl was pain, and man he learn from it 💪🏾,” a fan noted.

    “All things considering I think that first Super Bowl loss is the best thing that could’ve ever happened for this franchise. Him in so many others now know what it’s like to lose the Super Bowl and they don’t ever wanna feel that again,” another fan opined.

    The speech evidently lit a fire underneath the Eagles, pushing them to win 40-22 against Kansas City on Feb. 9, with Philly’s defense rendering its opponent’s hopes for a three-peat flightless. Meanwhile, Hurts was named the MVP in the game where he threw for 221 yards and rushed for 72, scoring three touchdowns.
