    Is Von Miller Playing Today?

Are the Buffalo Bills about to welcome back Von Miler on the field for the first time since Thanksgiving 2022?

The Buffalo Bills have had to learn and adapt on defense without their most prized addition of the 2022 offseason, Von Miller.

Since Thanksgiving of last year, the two-time Super Bowl winner who signed a six-year, $120 million deal with the Bills has been out of action due to his devastating ACL tear. But is Miller traveling to London on Sunday?

From the current NFL standings to team depth charts to coverage of every game in the 18-week NFL schedule, we have all the news from around the league to keep you up to speed!

Is Von Miller Set To Suit Up for Buffalo?

Miller was listed as questionable on the eve of Sunday’s contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars as part of the International Series in London.

However, he fired off this message to reporters ahead of the meeting between the 2022 AFC playoff teams.

“I think it’s a safe bet that I’ll be out there,” Miller said, adding he’s given himself a 94.5% chance he makes his long-awaited return to the field.

The morning of the London game, it was announced that Miller would be active and play against the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, the team would be strategic with how much they use the star pass rusher.

    What Happened to Miller?

The eight-time Pro Bowler went down hard on Thanksgiving Day in Detroit.

Before his ailment, he brought the same pass rush dominance that’s made him a Super Bowl Most Valuable Player in the 2015 season and a perennial Pro Bowler. He delivered eight sacks before officially going down.

Without Miller, Buffalo found a way to keep its winning roll going. The Bills went on to end the year on a five-game winning streak. The Bills then held off AFC East rival the Miami Dolphins in the opening round of the AFC Super Wild Card Weekend.

However, Buffalo’s season came crashing down at the hands of the Cincinnati Bengals. With the lack of a pass rush that only got to Joe Burrow once, the Bills were dismantled 27-10 in front of their home crowd.

Without Miller, the Bills have allowed less than 20 points in six of their last 11 games. And that includes the Week 4 rout of the Dolphins 48-20. Now, with Trevor Lawrence and company on deck, Buffalo could finally be restrengthened on defense with the potential return of Miller, who says he’s planning to play in front of the London audience.
