The Giants have one of the worst run defenses in the league statistically, while they’re closer to mid-tier against the pass. Hurts has shown some promise this year and has turned out to be a very dangerous threat with his legs, taking more carries than running back Miles Sanders.
Giants vs. Eagles betting trends
At the time of writing, the Eagles have won three of their last four games against the spread and outright. They’re a team that’s working hard and beginning to figure it out under head coach Nick Sirianni. The Eagles are 7-6 both against the spread and over/unders in 2021.
The Giants have lost three in a row against the spread, despite the margin getting larger each game. Their last outing was an 11.5-point spread against the Cowboys, and they were still unable to cover.
