According to many analysts, Shedeur Sanders is expected to go to No. 1 in the 2025 NFL Draft. Many also predict that he will have a successful professional career. Former Saints RB Mark Ingram II discussed how Coach Prime will play a role in his son’s career.
He said the father-son duo is a package deal for whatever team drafts Shedeur Sanders, emphasizing that it’s a plus for any team.
“Well, you know, when you go get Shedeur, Prime is going to be right there, too, you know. And so it’s a respect thing. You know, his father wants what’s best for him. He wants to put his son in the best place to be successful. So you evaluate that like, you know, the kid is going to have the right head on the right hand on the shoulder,” Ingram said.

“He’s going to have a great support system, a Hall of Fame father, and a Hall of Fame coach. He’s doing it all right now. So to be able to, you know, have a son who has a father who is going to push him to be the best, he’s going to be humble and a hard worker. I think it’s a plus for Shedeur,” Ingram added.
Coach Prime is not just one of the most iconic dual-sport athletes and coaches, he is also a great father who takes his responsibility very seriously.
