Who are the most notable wide receivers to have on your radar for Week 14?
Keeping your fantasy football team up to date is crucial for success during the push for the playoffs. Some of the most notable wide receivers on the injury report for Week 14 include players like Tee Higgins, Brandin Cooks, D.J. Moore, and Kenny Golladay. Below is information regarding their Week 14 fantasy injury report and status, along with additional wide receivers around the league — those of which are sorted by conference.
Tee Higgins suffered an injury at the end of Week 13
Sunday, December 13th: Tee Higgins is active for the Cincinnati Bengals Week 14 matchup.
After having to step up after Tyler Boyd was ejected in the Bengals’ Week 13 loss to Miami, Tee Higgins caught five of the seven targets he had against the Dolphins. However, late in the contest, Higgins attempted to hurdle a defender and ended up tweaking his hamstring. The Bengals training staff declined to let Higgins re-enter the game. The injury finished his day and left Higgins’ Week 14 hopes in jeopardy.
Depending on the severity of the injury and how he performs in practice this week, Higgins should play against the Cowboys this week. Still, for now, he remains questionable as we advance. With Joe Burrow out, and the Bengals relying on Brandon Allen under center, the offense is going to need Tee Higgins healthy as he’s been one of their most reliable receiving options.
Will Brandin Cooks be able to play in Week 14?
Sunday, December 13th: Brandin Cooks is inactive for the Houston Texans Week 14 matchup.
After losing Will Fuller for the remainder of the season, the Texans’ wide receiver corps is looking thin. After Week 13, they may be looking for extra help again with an unfortunate recurring issue for Cooks.
Brandin Cooks, who has a history of concussions in the NFL, suffered his sixth documented concussion against the Colts. After hitting his head on the turf in an attempt to catch a pass, Cooks was evaluated. He would eventually return to the game. However, Cooks may be held out a game or so as a precaution. More updates throughout the week will come as we’ll have more information on Brandin Cooks on his status for the Texans’ Week 14 matchup with Chicago.
DJ Moore is dealing with an ankle injury and more in Week 14
Update December 13th: DJ Moore will not be active for the Carolina Panthers in Week 14.
Along with an ankle injury that he suffered in Week 12, it was announced that the Carolina Panthers were placing wide receiver, D.J. Moore, on the outbreak list. Head coach Matt Rhule did not rule Moore out from playing in Week 14 against the Broncos initially. However, this new development for Moore may make him trend more towards doubtful for the game on Sunday.
He is currently listed as out. Though, he could be available to come off of the outbreak list on Friday if things continue trending upward. Be sure to stay updated on his status as he could be an impact fantasy player to watch for this week.
Could we finally see Kenny Golladay back in Week 14?
Update December 11th: Golladay has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Packers, Tim Twentyman of the Lions’ official site reports.

After missing several games with a hip injury, Lions’ wide receiver Kenny Golladay was spotted doing sprints before the team’s Week 13 matchup against the Bears. He has not practiced since before Thanksgiving. With Golladay warming up and doing light drills before the Week 12 contest, this might be a sign that he could return to the practice field soon. Having Golladay to finish the season with Matthew Stafford would be a welcome sight for fans of the Detroit Lions.
With the offense in need of a quality wide receiver, Golladay’s return can’t come soon enough. Considering a big Week 14 matchup against Green Bay on the horizon, his presence is needed now more than ever for the Lions.

Deonte Harris, New Orleans Saints (Neck)
Update December 13th: Deonte Harris has been ruled out the New Orleans Saints Week 14 game.
After being inactive for Week 13 against Atlanta, Deonte Harris may not be active for the Saints’ Week 14 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. With Michael Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders healthy, Harris may be on the sideline for the short-term.
Tyler Lockett, Seattle Seahawks (Concussion)
Sunday, December 13th: Tyler Lockett is active for the Seattle Seahawks Week 14 matchup.
Seahawks’ WR Tyler Lockett suffered a concussion in Week 13 against the Giants and missed several offensive series early in the game. However, he did eventually return to action. With a game against the winless New York Jets coming in Week 14, keep an eye on his status. Lockett could be a healthy scratch for precautionary reasons.
This could be a big blow to some fantasy football managers. The final push of the fantasy season is upon, and there’s no time to waste. Look for David Moore as a possible replacement on your roster if he is available.
