Fantasy WR Injury Report: Week 13 injury updates on Kenny Golladay, Julio Jones, others

Keeping your fantasy football team up to date is crucial for success during the push for the playoffs. With wide receivers being some of the most impactful players on your fantasy football roster, we want to make sure you’re provided with the most up to date injury information so you can make the proper adjustments to your fantasy roster with our Week 13 WR fantasy injury report and updates. Players like Atlanta’s Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Detroit’s Kenny Golladay could be forced to miss time with injuries, creating problematic situations for fantasy owners.

Who are the most notable wide receivers to have on your radar for Week 13?

Some of the most notable wide receivers on the injury report for Week 13 include players like Kenny Golladay, Calvin Ridley, Julio Jones, Michael Thomas, and Jerry Jeudy. Below is information regarding their Week 13 fantasy injury report and status, along with additional wide receivers around the league — those of which are sorted by conference.

Is Julio Jones going to miss Week 13?

Update Sunday, December 6: Julio Jones is active for the Atlanta Falcons Week 13 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

After being held out of their Week 12 contest, the Atlanta Falcons might be without star receiver Julio Jones for a second straight week. The veteran pass-catcher was limited in practice this week and is currently listed as “out” for this weekend’s matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Last week, Julio Jones was limited in practice before the Falcons held him out.

Could Calvin Ridley miss Week 13 as well?

Update Sunday, December 6: Calvin Ridley is active for the Atlanta Falcons Week 13 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

Jones’ counterpart in Atlanta, Calvin Ridley, is also dealing with injuries and listed as questionable for the Falcons’ Week 13 matchup with New Orleans. Ridley suffered a minor ankle injury in Atlanta’s win over Las Vegas but only missed one snap. Despite being designated as questionable, Ridley should be able to play, even though he isn’t at full health.

This setback is piggybacking on the ankle injury that he suffered in Week 8 vs. the Carolina Panthers. Ridley, ironically enough, returned to action in Week 11 vs. the New Orleans Saints after the Week 8 injury on Thursday Night Football.

Could Kenny Golladay miss his fifth straight game in Week 13?

Update Friday, December 4: Kenny Golladay has been ruled out of the Lions Week 13 matchup with the Chicago Bears.

After missing Week 12 and his fourth straight game, Lions’ wide receiver Kenny Golladay appears to be on track to miss his fifth consecutive game. Kenny Golladay has been sidelined with a hip injury, and it doesn’t appear that he will be back for Detroit’s Week 13 game against the Chicago Bears. With Golladay out, Marvin Jones and others, like tight end TJ Hockenson, have had to pick up the slack on the offensive side of the ball.

Is Jerry Jeudy going to play in Week 13?

Update Sunday, December 6: According to a report by Ian Rapoport, Jerry Jeudy is expected to play Sunday night against Kansas City.

Denver’s first-round pick Jerry Jeudy is listed as questionable for the Broncos’ Week 13 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. With quarterback Drew Lock coming off the Reserve/Outbreak list, Jeudy’s presence will be necessary when going up against the reigning Super Bowl champions. Jeudy has been limited in practice this week with an ankle injury but should be able to play on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

Could Michael Thomas miss the Saints’ Week 13 game against Atlanta?

Update Sunday, December 6: Micahel Thomas is active for the New Orleans Saints Week 13 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

With a divisional game against the Falcons ahead in Week 13, the Saints will need all their offensive weapons available, especially with Taysom Hill still under center for New Orleans. Receiver Michael Thomas has been dealing with an ankle injury and is listed as questionable.

Thomas should be able to play against Atlanta in Week 13, so don’t remove him from your fantasy roster just yet — he had his only 100+ yard performance of his short season thus far in Week 11 versus this very Falcons secondary.
