The Top Kickers to Start in Week 5

Jake Moody, K, San Francisco 49ers

Don’t look now, but Jake Moody is the K5 in all of fantasy football through four weeks. The rookie’s getting it done due to being on a high-powered offense, and that should continue here this week up against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys’ defense is still one of the more powerful units in the NFL, and we could see the 49ers have to settle for more field goals than they would like, which puts Moody onto the field. He’s a solid start yet again in Week 5.

    Greg Joseph, Minnesota Vikings

The strategy for identifying the top kickers to play each week should start with finding the game that has the highest projected score and going from there.

In Week 5, that would be the Chiefs and the Vikings, which puts Greg Joseph on the radar as a solid streaming option.
