Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 10: DeAndre Hopkins, Robert Woods, Chris Godwin, and more

With injuries and bye weeks taking their toll, let’s look at the latest WR injury report updates for fantasy football in Week 10.

Nothing can derail a potentially successful fantasy football season quicker than injuries. That’s especially true at the ever-so-critical wide receiver position, where elite-level players can make or break a contending fantasy team. As we head into Week 10, several WRs find themselves on the injury report for their respective teams. Therefore, fantasy managers need to pay close attention to any WR injury updates and reports as NFL kickoffs draw near.

Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 10 | AFC

After a seemingly brutal week full of injuries, these are the fantasy-relevant WRs in the AFC currently on the NFL’s Week 10 injury report. With some players facing game-time decisions, many fantasy managers might need to start considering secondary options.

    Tim Patrick, Denver Broncos

Aric DiLalla of the Broncos’ official site reports Tim Patrick (knee) is questionable for Week 10 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Patrick did not participate in practice on Wednesday and recorded back-to-back limited practices to close the week. Patrick is back to playing the No. 3 WR in the Broncos’ offense behind Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy.

    T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts

JJ Stankevitz of the Colts’ official site reports T.Y. Hilton (concussion) has been cleared to suit up for Sunday’s game against the Jaguars. Hilton has played in just two games this season. He missed time with a neck issue at the start of the season and then suffered a quad injury.

    Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers

Head coach Brandon Staley expects Keenan Allen (knee) to suit up Sunday against the Vikings, per Gilbert Manzano of The Orange County Register. Allen was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday and should finish towards WR1 territory this week.

    Corey Davis, New York Jets

Rich Cimini of ESPN reports Corey Davis (hip) is questionable for Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills. Davis was a full participant on Friday after missing the first two practices of the week. Absent for the last two games, Davis seems primed to make his return.

    Chase Claypool, Pittsburgh Steelers

Teresa Varley of the Steelers’ official site reports Chase Claypool (toe) is out for Sunday’s game against the Lions. Claypool suffered the toe injury on Monday night and missed Pittsburgh’s final drive. An MRI revealed Claypool did not sustain a season-ending injury. However, he is expected to miss multiple weeks.

    Julio Jones, Tennessee Titans

Jim Wyatt of the Titans’ official site reports Julio Jones (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Saints. On Wednesday, Jones was not on the injury report. But he was downgraded to a limited participant on Thursday and did not practice Friday.

Julio was placed on the IR ahead of the Titans’ Week 10 game against the Saints. He will be eligible to return in Week 13 when the Titans face the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy WR Injury Report Week 10 | NFC

Which NFC wide receivers currently sit on the injury report ahead of Week 10? Who is in danger of missing their matchup this week, leaving fantasy managers in a difficult position?

    DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals

Darren Urban of the Cardinals’ official site reports DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers. Hopkins was unable to practice this week and will be a game-time decision in Week 10.

    Rondale Moore, Arizona Cardinals

Urban also reported Rondale Moore (concussion) is questionable for Sunday’s game. Moore returned to practice Friday but needs to gain clearance from an independent neurologist. He is currently a game-time decision.

    Michael Gallup, Dallas Cowboys

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Thursday that Michael Gallup (calf) is expected to return from injured reserve for Sunday’s game against the Falcons, Rob Phillips of the Cowboys’ official site reports.

    Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams

It was reported Saturday that Woods suffered a torn ACL at practice on Friday. He managed to finish practice and do his media availability. However, unfortunately, tests later showed that the injury was a torn ACL. This will keep Woods out for the remainder of the 2021 season.

    Ty Montgomery, New Orleans Saints

Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports Ty Montgomery (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday’s game in Tennessee. Montgomery didn’t play Week 9 against the Falcons due to a hamstring injury.

However, he’s put together three straight limited practices. With Alvin Kamara out for Week 10, Montgomery would be in the mix with Dwayne Washington and Taysom Hill for touches behind Mark Ingram.

    Antonio Brown, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Greg Auman of The Athletic reports Antonio Brown (ankle/heel) is out for the Buccaneers’ Week 10 matchup against the Washington Football Team. Brown will miss his third game in a row after playing as Tom Brady’s favorite target.

    Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Scott Smith of the Buccaneers’ official site reports Chris Godwin (foot) will be a game-time decision for Week 10. Godwin returned to practice on Friday but seems unlikely to suit up against Washington. With Brown and Rob Gronkowski already ruled out, Tyler Johnson will nearly be a must-start if Godwin is sidelined as well.
